Best Exteriors did an AMAZING job replacing our siding after another company did a poor job installing. Drew came to our home on a Thursday and had an estimate to us by Sunday. The estimate was very detailed and wasn’t vague like other companies had provided. He was very responsive with the few questions we did have. We signed by Monday and his crew was able to begin the install that Tuesday! The crew he had payed attention to ALL the details which was very important to me. They were very polite and respectful to our property. They cleaned up every night and we found very little that needed picked up after they were done. Drew and the crew worked with us on some tricky trim pieces that had bothered me from the previous install and helped come up with a solution that I’m so happy with! We are so pleased that we found Drew and his crew! They were so professional, listened to what we wanted, had great knowledge of proper installation of the products, came up with solutions to our problems, were very reasonably priced, and completed our job within a week! Called Best Exteriors for a quote for ice dam issues on our roof. Drew came the same day to assess the property and got me a quote which was considerably lower than several other roofing companies I had talked to. It was easy to accept the quote and make a plan via text and the work was done the next day. Crew was professional and respectful of our property, and did a great job clearing the snow from the roof and chipping away the ice dams. I had seen positive reviews of Best Exteriors in several groups and can now confidently add my own to the mix. Would be happy to work with this company again.
Drew and Best Exteriors did an amazing job. We chose them at the recommendation of our neighbors who had them do their roof and siding. Best Exteriors replaced our roof, gutter guards and several areas of siding that were worn. Communications were always prompt and professional. The crew worked long and hard hours, but were incredibly conscientious and took great care to avoid any damage to our plantings and walkways. Clean up afterwards was excellent. Best Exteriors just completed our JamesHardie siding project on our home. The owner, Drew, was fantastic to work with! He is very prompt with his communication and provided valuable insights and support along the way. We were very impressed with the installation team’s organization, efficiency, professionalism and cleanliness. We used to have all cedar siding that was falling apart due to age and had been beaten up by woodpeckers. We sought out multiple companies for the project and received many quotes. Best Exteriors provided the lowest price, great quality product/service offering and coupled with Drew’s professionalism, it was an easy decision to choose them! Drew seamlessly helped us through the process of our much needed upgrade to JamesHardie siding. We landed on Cobblestone trim and Monterey Taupe siding colors and they coordinate together beautifully.
