Not worth the money I paid. We got in at about 7:00pm after driving all day. Paid over $300 for two rooms. They were clean, but one of the beds did not have a mattress protector on it. They were not able to give me keys to the rooms until about 8:30pm because they were switching out their computer stations, so once we got let into our rooms we had to kind of stay there which sucks because we had planned to go get something to eat. Their restaurant was closed and they had no housekeepers on site. Their pool was also closed. No free anything. The lamp in one of the rooms was held on with scotch tape. Not worth $300 to me. I will say that the location is okay. There are many fast food restaurants and a Meijer right across the street.
Overall, not a bad experience. When back in the area I may try a different hotel, but I wouldn't be upset if I stayed there again. Check in- Check in was decently easy and the staff was easy to work with and professional. We arrived at check in time and not all of our rooms were ready. Wasn't the biggest deal this time since we had another room we could store our stuff. Room- We had a king bed room with a pull out couch. The room itself was beautiful and well designed. Very comfortable bed and the air conditioning kept the room cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Biggest downfall was that the cold water was HOT. This meant that showering was painful as it was scalding hot. This was an off and on issue over the long weekend. Luckily, the day our son needed to shower was a day when the cold water was "luke warm" so it was cool enough for him to shower w/o being scalded. Service - We only notice that service came once during our stay, but we aren't sure what they did as the trash was never emptied and the glasses were never washed. The only way we knew they were there was a printed note on the bed that they couldn't make it because we had personal items on it (my son's blanket and stuffed animal). We aren't messy people so it was fine, but clean glasses would have been nice. Cafe - Our room didn't come with breakfast so I can't review the actual food. However, I would have been sad about the service. The items they served had to be made by one person and it took awhile. This person was also selling their starbucks coffee and there were some pretty rude customers who didn't want to wait. Our biggest issue was that someone in our party bought coffee every morning and the cream was spoiled. She had to get a new cup every morning and watch them open a new half and half container. Clearly, they are keeping it out overnight or after being told about it they never cleaned it out. Overall...very very clean and friendly.

AVOID THIS AT ANY COST!!! Found multiple blood stains on the bedsheet under the blankets. The lady at the front desk is super rude, didn't bother to even apologize. This is not the kind of service or cleanliness that you expect from a 3-star hotel especially under the MARRIOT group!! NEVER COMING BACK!!
I paid for a room that comes with breakfast. The reservation stated I had two people in my room. My confirmation said breakfast included. Gwenda, the manager on duty, would only honor breakfast for one. We argued for a bit me showing her my reservation info, her adamant that I would not be receiving breakfast. She offered no option except to pay for the second guest. Upon leaving, I asked her why as a manager did she care so little about the hotel. She started back pedaling trying to say she could have called the general manager etc… she never offered anything except arguing with me when I was standing at the front desk. She was very rude. The worker was also rude the night before. The same worker that was there the night before was also cooking the food the next day. The whole thing was off. The icemaker was broken, our room was missing a pillow and the entire parking lot was nearly empty. I feel they just don’t care at this hotel. I would not stay here again.
No complimentary breakfast, nothing is given with the room. No water, no milk wait, tap water and 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee in the room as well as cheap body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This experience has taught me a lesson and I will not stay at Marriott again anywhere. I basically live on the road and can see that marriot offers less at a higher price and I believe it time to boycott.
