Megan went above and beyond to help me and my family manage appointments for all of my kids while also helping us understand and work through our insurance. It made coming in less stressful.

I’ve been going to Charlotte DentalPro since I was little and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming, which makes visits feel really easy and not stressful. I like how they tell me their concerns and explain everything clearly. It shows they actually care about your long-term dental health. Definitely recommend them!
My updated review: I've had a total of 4 visits now, Each times I've felt welcomed and understood. Being a patient with chronic illness, I have always felt heard and respected by their team. Dr. Ucenda is always so kind and has given me back the confidence to smile. I'm always greeted by Megan at the front desk, She's incredible and her smile is contagious.
