Jose like any tech, penguin air has sent was more than professional and got the job quoted and finished within three hours. Issue is pricing $1.7k ($1.9k Before 10% membership discount) remove a sink & faucet, install a new sink & faucet (I provided) with minor plumbing tweaks and reusing existing garbage disposal; is excessively high especially the work in similar scopes would have been a $950-1100 max for labor/services. Again, not complaining about the service or the work, they have always been top notch 24/7 company. Did the project have issues? Yes, had to work around minor water damages to mount the sink (which i helped install a brace). Understand companies need to make 25-35% GP, but having time to process and build a hypothetical price per action excel sheet to wrap my mind on the estimated (see attachments). I am confused further by such a high cost when also reviewing national averages. My paperwork did not have charge per action only item action, of which not all were done but stillcharged. In Conclusion, with the state of the fluctuating economy, I cant use penguin air as my one stop shop without question. After the end of this year I will be discounting the membership and looking into new competitor services. I will leave it at this, if you have the money or need an immediate fix use penguin air they do great work. If your belt is tight, get several other quotes and take your time if its not causing damages to your house.
Great first experience with Penguin. I was advised during an AC inspection that I will require an Electrician immediately that it was not safe to turn AC/breaker back on * i called Penguin and they sent a technician same day. John inspected the issue and confirmed it was a dangerous situation and wires were melted on the lines going to each AC unit and will need new lines run from the box to the units. Penguin was able to send 2 Techs to do the work in the AM. They completed the work by the afternoon. I shared with John my financial difficulties and he was able to offer me a discount that helped greatly. Thank you to John and the whole team!!!! PS pic of old box.

Penguin Electric really pulled through! Had a big job on a historic home. Attention to detail was vital. I had a lot of questions and concerns. The team showed up! Alan Rex, Carl and Khalil were always communicative and knowledgeable! They worked well together and in a timely manner. They were careful and courteous on site, too. Was a blast working with them!
I had a great experience with Garrett from Penguin Air. He responded to my service call in a timely manner and was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire visit. I had several questions, and Garrett was patient, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help me understand my options. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Garrett provided exactly that. Thank you for making the experience a positive one. I would gladly recommend Garrett and Penguin Air to anyone needing HVAC service.
Very courteous and knowledgeable technician! I originally gave a 5 star review, because my experience with the plumber was phenomenal; however, I also scheduled an appointment with an electrician. The first appointment was fine, but they were so booked that I had to wait over 2 weeks to schedule the actual service appointment. Unfortunately, the ELECTRICIAN (to answer the company rep’s question) made a scheduled the appointment for me and it was booked for the wrong day. When I called to notify them of the error, I was told over and over that the appointment was for a different day. They were not apologetic until I pressed. I was then told I would have to wait an additional 3+ weeks for an appointment for a date and time that does not work with my schedule (like most people, I have to take the day off work). For the company rep who responded to my post, the 3+ weeks is July 10th. I now have an appointment scheduled 6 weeks from now! I asked them to honor the price I was quoted, so hopefully that actually happens. They honestly should reduce the price further for their error. Customer service is very disappointing. Additionally they must be having technical issues, because I received several text messages after my consult appointment, some of which came it at 11pm and after 2am! Given the company’s response to my post, I dropped the stars lower and am cancelling my appointment. I would rather work with a courteous and trustworthy company.
