No complaints at all. Travis was very helpful discussing things with my wife over the phone and later answering a few questions I had over text while I was at work even though it was late evening when I reached out. Day of Cole and Tidus/Titus (I am so sorry I don't remember which it was I was distracted with distracting my dog) were super professional, polite, efficient, and tolerated my very curious dog very well. Cole had to make a run to the store for parts to finish hooking up our dishwasher drain to the garbage disposal and it came at no extra expense to us. Oh they were also willing to give quotes on the things they could ahead of time (for example gave me a quote on the water heater install and garbage disposal install, but when I was considering tankless he couldn't give a quote since it would require a site visit to determine what needed to be done to fit the house for it) so no surprises and no "pressure" tactics at any time.
Thank you Cole & Caleb from Local Plumbers!! The process of getting a new hot water heater and a few new shut off valves under the kitchen sink was stress free! From my first conversation with Rachel who set up the first visit to Travis who came assessed what I had and was able to give me an estimate in a matter of minutes (maybe seconds) to making the decision that it is time and now the install was completed by Cole & Caleb…great experience. Thanks to my friend LDJ for recommending this great company!!!

Eat to work with and will use again. Our main water valve was leaking so we needed quick help but then I added in 6 new sink valves and 3 faucet replacements and they were still done next day.
We recently noticed a small drip in our basement coming from a fitting and we called The Local Plumber. Caleb did an outstanding job replacing the fittings and pipes leading to our dishwasher. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He explained the work clearly, was courteous throughout the visit, and left the area clean when he was finished. We really appreciate his attention to detail and excellent workmanship. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, I highly recommend Caleb and would gladly use his services again!
I found the local plumber through a google search when looking to establish a rapport with just that, a local plumber, for our new home since we moved back to Ohio. I have met a number of their staff through the first job we had them complete and couldn’t be happier to have met them. All staff I have interacted with, including I believe the owner, have been top notch. We had them install a whole home water filtration system and we are thrilled with the result. Full disclosure, the unit was initially installed in the wrong area, but they themselves figured that out later. They returned asap to remove and reinstall the system in the correct place at no additional charge. Throughout the whole process they were timely, efficient, kind and informative (and patient- my 4 year old son loved to pester them with questions. Sorry guys!) In the end, I feel the price we paid was well worth the effort they put forth. Without a doubt will I be calling them again for any and all future plumbing needs. They want to do right by their customers and I really feel like they have me and my homes back. This feels like a local business done right.
