I have seen the Aussie Plumber trucks in and around my neighborhood for several years. I recently found I had a faucet issue that was above my plumbing expertise. I looked up The Aussie Plumber and the reviews for the company and I was surprised to see ALL 5 star reviews. I called at noon on a Friday, within minutes I had a service window of 1-3 later that day. Within an hour Cameron was at the house. I found Cameron, the technician that was sent to be extremely nice, very professional (shoe covers, work mat to protect the surrounding area, etc.), and very knowledgeable. He listened to the issue, examined the area and was able to come up with a great plan at a reasonable price. The repair was finished within an hour and a half, and after Cameron got all his tools collected and the area cleaned up, everything was perfect. Cameron saved me at least a day of trying to figure out what I needed, and the multiple trips to Ace, Home Depot to get the stuff, and the frustration associated with it. But most importantly, the leak is fixed, and my wife is very happy. Bottom line, we could not be happier with both The Aussie Plumber as a company, and Cameron as a plumber. Highly recommend!
My husband and I recently bought a new home, and Todd was absolutely incredible throughout the process. He walked through the entire house with us, explained what needed to be fixed, prioritized each item, and gave us three different pricing options so we could choose what worked best for our budget. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He worked incredibly hard and completed everything in a timely, professional manner. We truly appreciated his transparency and expertise, and we’ll definitely be calling Todd again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We got a very great service from Aussie Up( plumbing) by one of their great tecnician called Francisco. He is so owesome. He knows his story so well and can explain to you perfectly all the concern in a language that you can easly understand not only in those big vocabulaires of technical terms, and how how to go about it any problem related to your plumbing. All in all his service was perfect. I highly recomend whoever with plumbing problem to see them. Thanks Francisco for the great job. Keep shining!!
Fantastic service and very responsive. Sprung a leak under my kitchen sink in the middle of the night and they were able to get someone out to me the very next day. Francisco was extremely personable and took the time to explain what he found, what likely caused it and how it would be repaired which did include cutting into the cabinet and drywall to redo the joints. While he was there he replaced some old connections outside as well. In both cases he was very upfront about what could be done, what all could be done and what he recommended be done (even if that was less than everything). When done he took the time to sit down with me and go over the before and after and did an excellent job cleaning up the worksites. To quote my Aussie nephew, "How good!"
