Enterprise down the street would not deal with my rental car with low oil or trade it out (after customer service on the phone said they would). I went to Midas, and the guys there were great. They added over a quart of oil, did a quick check of the car, and then didn’t charge or accept a tip. Very grateful to them to make sure we could finish our cross-country road trip safely!
I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Midas. The price for a basic oil change was much higher than other places in the area, and it did not feel worth the cost at all. On top of that, the service quality was poor. The staff did not seem professional, and the overall experience was not satisfactory. I expected better customer service and transparency in pricing. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.

These fellows did me a huge favor for free - they removed the broken nuisance of a splash guard / engine cover from below my car, and the kind man at the front desk took the time to answer my questions about it as well. They did it all within 10 minutes as well, in the middle of what seemed to be a busy Saturday. I’ll plan to come here for maintenance in the future!
I’ve been going to this Midas for the past 5 years and they’re great, very reliable super nice people who explain everything they’re doing and answer my many questions. They are efficient and it’s very easy to just drop off the car with their lockbox outside at any time then they call you when it’s ready. Prices are reasonable too, highly recommend!
Avoid this repair shop if you value your safety. My family brought a car here for new brakes over the weekend, which should have been a simple fix. Within a day of getting the car back, it was making awful screeching noises and impossible to drive. We had to get it towed to another repair shop who discovered a multitude of issues. First, the rear brakes were not installed correctly, and the rear calipers had not been adjusted. They only hand tightened the drivers side caliper, which of course then came loose. The passenger side emergency brake cable fell off and the drivers side did not work. They also did not bolt the brake hose, risking it coming loose. After this absolute failure of a repair, the owner only offered an empty apology. No refund, and hardly any concern. The 2nd repair shop said it was extremely fortunate that no one had been hurt. They felt so bad for the situation, they did the repairs on the botched brakes for free. If only the owner of Midas had the same integrity. It seems these employees need to be reminded that when you fix a car, you take someone’s life in your hands. Don’t be the next victim of their ineptitude.
