Today I brought my car into Westside Auto Care to have my new Wolfbox G900Pro 12MP WiFi Smart Touch Screen Rear View Mirror Dash Cam installed, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The install was done with every single option fully integrated, and the final result looks so clean and seamless that you would swear it came directly from the factory. No loose wiring, no shortcuts, just absolute perfection. Beyond the flawless workmanship, the experience itself was incredible. While I was there, I got to see some truly jaw-dropping exotic cars they were working on, which immediately made it clear that this shop operates at a completely different level. Was on my trip home from Cincinnati (live out of state) this week when my car’s rpm’s were all out of wack and my car was unable to accelerate properly. Found this place online in a panic and called them immediately. I was able to limp to the shop all to find out a mouse had chewed my speed sensor’s wires (not good). Everyone was very nice and understanding. They were able to fix it and send me on my way in less than two hours. All while charging a more than reasonable price. I appreciate each and everyone who works there and would happily recommend to anyone in need of top-notch service.

They do what you need them to do. They won’t upsell you on stuff you don’t need without calling and asking. They fixed a steering issue that had been driving me crazy since I got the car, and did a top notch alignment along with other service items I asked them for. Car feels like new again.

Nick communicates clearly, takes the time to explain what’s going on, and makes sure you understand your options without any pressure. He’s straightforward, responsive, and keeps things moving efficiently. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with vehicle evaluations and repairs, but Nick makes the process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him and the team at West Side Auto.
Staff was friendly, great work, very reasonable prices, and my car got me home and sounds a lot better! Quick turnaround also- brought it in wednesday at the end of the day and had it back friday end of day! Patient and polite even when I called them every day twice in a row to confirm details.
