Our experience at Valentino's was great! The car had an emissions issue that proved much more frustrating to solve than initially expected, but the crew at Valentino's never once stopped trying to find a solution. Everyone I talked to was very professional and easy to work with. I appreciated their candor each time we needed to pivot to a different strategy, and there was an immediate air of mutual respect that definitely made the situation easier to deal with. We will definitely be repeat customers here, although hopefully not for a little while!
This is my new shop!!! Love this place. My mechanic was booked until May. Valentino's got me in within 4 days. Fixed my issue in hours. They charged me less than what was quoted. The guy in the office was super nice. Wonderful transaction all around. I feel like this is high quality work at fair prices.

I would highly recommend Valentino’s for anything you need! Last year I was in the process of purchasing a used car and went to them to have a pre purchase inspection done. I let them know that it was my first time purchasing a car without someone helping me and I was a little nervous. They did a thorough inspection and explained their findings to me in plain language and even gave me some advice on how I could negotiate the price of the car (which worked btw), on top of all that, they didn’t even charge me for the inspection! Fast forward to today, my car battery is dead dead, I call to drop it off and they remember me and my car. They got to it quickly and offered a fair price. As a young woman, it can sometimes be difficult to find a mechanic you can trust but these guys are the best! The tow truck driver that dropped my car off even called me afterwards to sing Valentino’s praises.
I have been a Valentino's customer for over 30 years. They have always given me the best service and consideration. I won't be going anywhere else for my automotive service. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family and our cars!
I had the best experience at Valentino's Car Care! (For background, I don't know much about cars and tend to think the worst-case scenario about my car in my mid-20s.)The team there is just amazing. I found a nail in my tire tread, and my boss recommended I check out Valentino's as he said there's great reviews . I called ahead to see if they could help me out before I had to be at work by 2 p.m., and they promised they could take care of it. And they did! When I got there, they were already waiting for me, prepared! They took my car into the garage and had it fixed in no time—less than 30 minutes! When I went to settle the bill, they surprised me by saying it was all on the house! How sweet and generous is that? They were very friendly and patient with my many- a- questions too! I'm definitely going to return for new tires or any other car issues I have in the future. I've found my go-to car shop and couldn't be happier! Thank you guys!
