We had an incredible experience with Riley's Roofing. From the very beginning, they made the entire process stress-free and seamless. After hail damage completely destroyed our roof, their team came out quickly, performed a thorough inspection, and worked directly with our insurance company so we didn’t have to deal with all the hassle and back and forth ourselves. Their crew was efficient, professional, and did amazing work. Jake stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions or help in any way he could. He even went above and beyond by taking the time to inspect my parents’ roof as well. We had the roof on our house and detached garage replaced this spring by Riley's Roofing. Jake walked us through the whole process and helped us make informed decisions as to what type of roof we needed. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. The roofing crew showed up early, worked hard both days, and were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up completely when they were finished. Jake and Eddie were onsight during the whole process. We were impressed with how the entire process went and are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend Riley's Roofing to anyone, but especially for seniors like we are!
I've been really impressed with the level of professionalism and communication from this team. They keep me informed every step of the way, which makes the whole experience stress-free. One of my favorite things is the detailed reports they provide after each service. It's great to know exactly what was done.
