I can't thank Roof MD enough, especially John Simpson, for helping me through the post hail storm roof replacement process. My insurance company directed me to my "portal" and that was about the extent of their assistance. I'm not kidding. I will not be renewing my policy. John pretty much gave me a PhD in roofing! From explaining the overly complicated finances, pointing out that "Replacement Cost Benefits" was a sneaky way of saying "Recoverable Depreciation" (ASK your insurance company about it). Also the necessary "Certificate of Completion". Ask John for their "Five Steps for Your Roof Insurance Claim" hand out which was INVALUABLE. Communication was excellent, and all my (many) questions were answered. Convinced RoofMD helped me get a higher end shingle AND when I asked about pink shingles, they went along with the joke. I can NOT recommend them enough. 95% of the process was the professional help by RoofMD. My insurance company helped about 5%. Also will do a no cost inspection, feet on the roof - NOT a drone. Crew was professional and hard working just a couple days before Christmas! THANK YOU RoofMD!!!
I have a tile roof and have had a hard time getting anyone to come out and make routine repairs. Roof MD came out and cleaned my roof thoroughly and replaced all of the missing mortar and tiles. I was impressed that the mortar that they replaced matched and didn’t look new and out of place like previous repair jobs I’ve had done. I am very pleased with Roof MD and plan to have them come out at least every other year to do maintenance on my roof.

Harrison did a wonderful job explaining the issues with my roof. Very detailed. He explained the details of his quote and the pros and cons of other contractors quotes. If I have any questions about future roof concerns, I would be happy to talk to him.
I am leaving this review because Harrison went out of his way to make sure I understood the entire process and what this company had to offer. He made sure I was fully aware of the product, the warranty, and their team. He was very professional throughout the quote process. We had to go with a company that did more than roofing as we had interior water damage beyond what they do. It was difficult to let Harrison know we went with a company that did interior work as well. He still remained polite and respectful. Thanks Harrison!
Had a great experience. Harrison showed up on time and spent a good deal roblothere f time examining my roof. Thankfully there were no problems. I will certainly contact roof MD if any problems present.
