The hotel suited our needs for one night. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I think the parking fee should be bundled into the nightly price though. We all enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast offered.
Stayed here for over two weeks, and overall the hotel is clean and in a convenient location with easy access to everything. The staff were nice and the room was well maintained. However, the breakfast options are very limited and become very repetitive if you’re staying for more than a few days. The Wi-Fi speed was also extremely slow and frustrating to use, especially for work. Overall, decent for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement for longer stays.
The hotel was pretty and the location was great for what we wanted to do on our trip but our interactions with staff wasn’t great. When asking for anything or asking questions was treated like an inconvenience to the staff members we spoke with throughout the stay. Our room was really hot and when we asked my about it my partner was talked to rudely, we eventually got a fan for the room but that didn’t help with the heat too much. The nicest staff member we interacted with was the woman who helped checked us out. As well as the mini fridge not keeping anything cold. This was also our first time staying at a Hyatt.

Lots of outdoor trash, no body cleaning up the trash indoors or out. Cold coffee, running out of food right after breakfast opens. And never refilling empty bowls. I did complain, but nobody ever got back to us. Stay there 4th of July weekend. Will never book there again..
The air conditioning in our room was not working, even though the temperature outside was over 95°F. The only solution offered was a few fans, which is completely unacceptable during the summer. The room was unbearably hot, and my kids started feeling sick because of the heat. If we hadn't already been exhausted from our long drive, we would have checked into another hotel immediately. This was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to anyone.
