Had a really great experience here. The hotel is super clean, modern, and in a perfect location. The rooms were spotless and the whole vibe of the place was excellent. What really stood out, though, was the service. A huge shoutout to Kevin Sosa at the valet. He did an amazing job, was incredibly respectful, and took awesome care of my car, keeping it immaculate. Much appreciated, Kevin! Great hotel and awesome staff—I'll definitely be back.
The hotel was amazing paired with phenomenal valet service. Kylen assisted me with my car. One of the best valets I’ve dealt with. Super friendly, quick, and made everything really easy from the start. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and treating people well. Small interactions like that really make a difference. Definitely appreciate the great service.

I have to recognize the valet service! It was a fantastic valet experience. Zach assisted me with my car and was one of the friendliest valets I’ve had. He was quick, professional, and made the whole experience seamless. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. Really appreciated the warm welcome and excellent experience! Great job team!
Four day vacation with family. Valet service was awesome! We had a van with a luggage topper on the roof and it needed to go in a special lot and they were always very fast when we needed it! A big shout out to valets Jacob, Mason and Killian!!
We decided to stay here because it was close to downtown, we typically love Hilton hotels, and the property looked modern and inviting. Our room was very small, but that’s probably on me since I booked the least expensive option. 😂 One side of the bed was against the wall, so when I say it was tiny, I mean it! If you’re sensitive to light like I am, definitely bring a sleep mask. The blackout shade doesn’t fully block the light because there aren’t curtains along the sides, so the room gets very bright early in the morning. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the lack of service. We requested housekeeping twice during our stay, but our room was never cleaned. Another disappointment was the coffee situation. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, so my husband went downstairs around 6:00 a.m. to get coffee from the lobby. The coffee pot was nearly empty, and when he asked the front desk if another pot would be made, he was simply told, “No, that’s it.” I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years and have never experienced anything like that. Having no in-room coffee and then not replenishing the lobby coffee first thing in the morning was frustrating. We also waited about 10 minutes to be seated at the restaurant one afternoon before anyone acknowledged us, so we ended up leaving. We did eat breakfast there another morning, though, and our waitress was incredibly sweet and friendly, which we appreciated. The biggest positive is definitely the location—it’s convenient and within easy reach of downtown. The hotel has a lot of potential because it’s modern and in a great location, but the service simply didn’t match what we’ve come to expect from Hilton. Once they improve the consistency of their operations and guest service, I’d be much more likely to recommend it. If you stay here, I’d also suggest booking one of the larger rooms if it’s within your budget.
