This has been our favorite hotel for our 4th of July visits to Seattle for a few years now. Unfortunately, things have changed, quality and service has decreased to the point that we won't stay there again. The rooms aren't as clean, broken latches on doors to the balcony, nails sticking out of the trim on the walls. The bathrooms need updating, the toilets are so low and the space is narrow, however my 6 year old was delighted at the height of the toilets; the bathtub was filthy and I dropped something behind the night stand and it was so disgustingly dusty and dirty, I gagged. The walls need to be wiped downed, as they show signs of being touched with dirty hands. The swimming pool grout was coming out, imagine walking on grout in bare feet and the phone didn't work in the pool area, thank God there wasn't an emergency! And only 1 elevator worked for a 7 floor hotel. And we happened to speak with someone who has been staying at the hotel for work for 2 months and he said the other elevator has been out of order since he's been there! Staff was ok, nowhere near as friendly and accommodating. We asked a cleaning person for an extra trash bag and he literally ignored us and went back into the room he was cleaning! Just not the same overall experience as our previous stays. On to a different Marriott!
I only write 5 star reviews and this one was about to slip lower until we went to the pool. WOW was that a great experience there. A spacious and warm pool, good families for my daughter to play with, and a hot tub to relax in. Overall it was a good experience and the pool pushed it to great. Parking is not cheap, though there is plenty of it at the lower level (top level is way too crowded). A lot of free breakfast option. Shocked that they kept serving even after their official time ended (been at others that stop 15 minutes early). Quite room. Comfortable bed. Great trip to Seattle. Don't forget Lulu's slide and playground across the street for a quick climb for the kids while watching the sea planes land and takeoff!

Rooms are clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. The room also has a mini kitchen, which is very convenient for longer stays. The view from the hotel is pleasant, and the location is excellent, with train and tram stations just opposite the hotel, making it easy to get around. The breakfast spread is limited, but the food served is good. Overall, a comfortable stay with great conn
My husband and I had an extended stay here and were amazed by the kindness, professionalism, and can-do spirit of every singe member of staff. Both of us have traveled extensively. Through hospital stays and celebrations, we were treated with courtesy. What could have been a tough few months ended up being enjoyable thanks to the people who make this amazing place run. All the folks at reception are problem-solving wizards. The breakfast offerings are plentiful and varied. The housekeeping staff are accommodating and efficient. Kudos to the management for running a humane and comfortable sanctuary!
The rooms were spacious for the price. We had two rooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, two king size beds and a full pull out sofa. The beds were fairly comfortable and the linens were soft. We paid about 700 for three nights. The complimentary breakfast was extensive. They had scrambled eggs, fritatas, oatmeal, make your own waffles. They even had good chocolate milk. The staff was nice and very helpful.
