woke up to water dripping from a ceiling light after a storm rolled through. called highpoint at like 6am not expecting anyone to pick up but they did. had a guy out within a few hours to get a tarp on the roof and stop more water from getting in. theres a lot of roofers in Chicago but not many that actually answer the phone in an emergency. came back later that week to do the proper repair to the damaged section. fair price for a same day response, no upcharge games
storm came through and took a chunk out of the back side of our roof. water was already getting into the attic by the time I started calling places. HighPoint picked up late on a sunday which was kind of shocking honestly. had a guy out within a few hours to tarp it off and stop the bleeding so to speak. he was up there in the dark with a headlamp getting it sealed enough to last til the proper work could happen. came back two days later once the weather cleared and did the actual repair section. price was reasonable considering it was an emergency call out, I was expecting way worse. they ran me through what they did and showed me pictures from up on the roof since I wasnt about to climb up there. saved us from a way bigger problem with the ceiling and drywall.

when it comes to emergency roof repair these guys really deliver on their word. had a situation where shingles blew off during a bad storm and they were out same day to tarp everything up before more rain came. came back a couple of days later to do the full roofing repair, looked like nothing ever happened up there. fast and dependable service.
Called HighPoint in the middle of the night after a tree branch came through and we had water pouring into the upstairs. They had someone out within a few hours to tarp and stop the immediate damage. The next morning they were back to assess and start the actual repair work. The process from emergency call to having the roof secured was faster than I expected and the communication during a stressful situation was the part I appreciated most.
HighPoint took care of an emergency roof repair for us and honestly they were lifesavers. We noticed water dripping through the kitchen ceiling right before a big storm was supposed to roll in that evening. They came out same day which felt like a miracle given how busy everyone is and patched things up enough to get us through the worst of it without more water damage. Then came back the following week to do a proper permanent fix. Pricing was reasonable and the crew communicated well throughout the whole thing.
