I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was quite good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the room decor was modern, tasteful, and added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. However, there was one significant downside that impacted my experience — the noise levels at night. It was simply too noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel that excels in so many areas, this was a major drawback for me.
Rita Kivaha at the front desk of the AC Hotel made our stay exceptional. During an incredibly busy, sold out holiday weekend, she was beyond kind, professional, and accommodating. As a Platinum member, I truly appreciated her granting my late checkout request and making us feel genuinely valued as guests. She also gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation overlooking the water that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Rita handled everything with warmth and grace, and absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you, Rita, for making our stay so memorable!

We arrived and we're greeted by the staff at the counter. Rooms are so clean and modernly beautiful. We had a balcony suite which we were upgraded to. The balcony view is beautiful ❤️ The room and two walls of windows that connect at the corner of the room. The lighting is perfect on a sunny day. ☀️ We have really enjoyed this getaway!
The rooms are nice w great views. But the car chargers are ridiculously slow and inconvenient. They only charge 12 miles per hour, not enough to fill an EV battery overnight. Also, you have to pay 8 for a four hour max session. So every four hours u have to rebuy another four hours on the app. All night. Incredible. And only four charges for the whole garage. So they probably wont be available. They were full our whole stay except when I saw someone leave once.
Our Vancouver Rotary Club meets at the AC Hotel every Monday from noon to one. It fabulously prepared foods and service is beyond compare. As one enters the AC Hotel through the whole time one is there, it's a great environment. There's beautiful views of the Columbian Riverfront with easy access to the walkways. There's plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the views and great refreshments available at the bar area or main level restaurant. Many times, my family joins me while I'm at Rotary just because the AC Hotel is a great place to spend time while taking in Vancouver WA.
