As a first-time customer, I can truly say this was hands-down the best auto repair shop experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff and technicians set a whole new standard for professionalism and hospitality. I came in for my first visit not knowing quite what to expect, but the team immediately made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and informed me of the work that needed to be done along with the parts required to complete the work. The entire atmosphere was inviting and professional, which is rare to find in an auto shop. I’ve been taking my vehicles to shops for many years, and this team truly stands out above the rest. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you again, to all at Cole's Garage.
When I called, the lady I spoke with was polite & professional. She answered all.my questions. The day I came in, I called 1st. The man I spoke with was also very polite & professional. Upon arrival they were quick to get my car in, they were courteous & friendly while I waited. Even offered drinks. Once my car was done being inspected, they explained the needed repairs to me and why they felt they were needed. They even offered advice about a decision I was making about my vehicle. All & all.. no complaints. I would have given 5 stars but I reserved that for later after I have the work done. But im.very satisfied with my experience thus far.

Highly recommend this place! My new go to place in Akron for car (Prius) repairs...excellent & reliable, friendly & fast service! All 4 coils changed. They were very responsive, communicative, called to update me through the process. Diagnosed, got parts & fixed in 24 hours! Erica (front desk) & Steve (owner) both super professional & easy to work with.
The car needed a new radiator, serpentine belt and oil change. With fresh coolant, the AC works again! The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. The mechanics do a thorough job and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. I will continue to take our cars there for repair.
