They think cause your a girl they can pull one over on you, I knew what the issue with my truck was but they tried to tell me it was something else (I won't get into semantics) but then tried to charge me 3600 to take out an intermediate axle and proceed to tell me it was gonna be a hassle getting out thats why they were charging so much ?!?! When the cv axle was just replaced few months before this on the same side so more then half the work would have been VERY EASY. this place is a joke and should not get the Google review it has. Don't be scammed people
Highly recommend this place! My new go to place in Akron for car (Prius) repairs...excellent & reliable, friendly & fast service! All 4 coils changed. They were very responsive, communicative, called to update me through the process. Diagnosed, got parts & fixed in 24 hours! Erica (front desk) & Steve (owner) both super professional & easy to work with.

Steve and Coles garage staff is amazing. I went to them after a bad experience at another mechanic shop. Not only did they put me at ease but they informed me of everything that was going and consulted with me prior to doing the work. They made sure I was able to get to and from work safely while my vehicle was in their shop. Their prices are affordable and reasonable. I am recommending them to everyone.
I had no idea what was causing an engine light to show. I left my vehicle via the drop box. I was called by Steve the owner by 10am and texted photos of the problem. Once explained , the issue was resolved within a reasonable time span at a reasonable price. This is a family owned neighborhood business with the owner on the premises and under the hood.
I had a great experience at this Cole's garage they diagnosed the issue quickly and had my car fixed sooner than expected. Everyone was professional and thorough. A special shout-out to Erica at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Her clear communication and positive attitude made everything so much easier. Highly recommend!
