I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I also appreciated the hotel's excellent amenities and convenient location, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant stay.
Super incredibly convenient hotel with airport shuttle. Evelynn and the others at the front counter as well as Oliver and the shuttle driver were all very helpful and friendly. They worked to work with us and help. The room is clean, spacious, well-designed + modern, and has needed amenities + has an incredible view out the window that kept us (including my 5 year old) entertained. The lobby has ample good seating spots. Again, the location is perfect. The price is reasonable. I think this is a great option for LAX and we likely will be back in the future or at least plan on it. It has been a great stay here and we hopefully will come back!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located very close to the airport. The lobby area is beautiful and creates a welcoming first impression. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the shuttle service. It was reliable, efficient, and made traveling to and from the airport very easy. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient airport hotel.
Good hotel right next to the airport. Walked to hotel vs finding a shuttle, probably a 20-30 min walk. Food in restaurant is good, maybe a little pricey. Dinner options were better, didn't care for the breakfast bowl. The bowl was served on a plate???
Really disappointed, this was my third time staying here and I noticed a decline in the rooms. Last time I stayed here was in 2024 but now the sheets are really cheap. Instead of a proper duvet they cover the comforter with two separate bed sheets to cover the comforter. Which I find extremely unhygienic. We called to get a proper duvet but they came and gave us the same. Service was poor, when we checked out we asked where the airport shuttle would be and the receptionist vaguely told us that it could either be in front of the hotel or inside the parking lot. For it being an airport hotel they should really know instead of guessing. Due to this we waited in front of the hotel and watched the shuttle leave without stopping for us. This made us wait for the next shuttle and this time we had to go into the parking lot to get it. I would reccomend your staff to communicate with the airport shuttle especially this being an airport shuttle.
