Chris Welch provided excellent service at my house resolving an outside faucet issue which was caused by freezing temps and leaking back inside the basement. Chris reviewed all the options with me. I appreciated his honesty and recommendations. He replaced the faucet, reconfigured the water line from the main and added a shutoff. He was on time and did a great job. The new faucet and water line reconfigure was a huge improvement! I’d recommend Chris for any future plumbing jobs needed! Thank you!
Tavon communicated his travel & arrival to our home via text and arrived on time. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable about heating & cooling functions. After investigating the heat pump & furnace operation system, he found a blown fuse in the furnace. Tavon presented a maintenance agreement explaining its benefits which we decided to participate in. We highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling needs and would be happy to have Tavon perform any future necessary work to our heating/cooling system!

Adam came out to take a look at our electrical panel on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding of our concerns. He took a look and gave us a few estimates for different levels of repair and updating and went over financing options with us as well. When we had a question he wasn’t sure of he contacted his boss to make sure we had the correct information. He even put sealer on for a temporary fix until we are able to book further repairs.
I purchased a new furnace and ac unit in August 2013. I did the semi yearly tuneups for both the summer and the winter since 2014. I was told after my last tuneup in December 2025, that the furnace was on its last leg. I thought it would have lasted longer, but I went ahead to purchase a new furnace and ac unit (as recommended) before the end of 2025, to be proactive and receive the tax credits that ended in 2025. This negative review has zero to do with the install. That process was done perfect and professional. My issue is with the communication to receive the tax credit paperwork. After 3 weeks. I still have not received anything and the communication is lacking. They have only responded once when I called, and I haven’t heard from them in a week. Further, I was scheduled to receive a co2 detector for my new furnace in the attic on 12/31, but nobody showed. I called customer service and supposedly it was still in the process of being approved, and I have received zero updates. I spent $15,000 on this new system and I’m being ignored and not treated like a valued customer since August 2013.
My senior father’s furnace stop working overnight on one of the coldest days this month. They were able to come out on the same day to fix it. Tim texted when he was on his way. He was very nice and took the time to explained what the issue was. The service call was very reasonable. We will call on them again for any future service needed.
