I wanted to share my experience because I believe it raises serious concerns about the diagnosis and recommendations I received. Your technician evaluated my approximately seven-year-old HVAC system and told me it was essentially beyond repair. I was informed that replacement was my only realistic option and was presented with a quote of nearly $20,000, which included additional warranty costs. At no point did I feel like repair was being presented as a viable option. After I explained that $20,000 replacement was a significant issue I was offered a lower-priced replacement option in the $11,000–$13,000 range which was the same unit without a longer warranty. Even then, the conversation remained focused on replacement rather than repair. Given the size of the investment, I decided to seek additional opinions before making a decision. Another HVAC company diagnosed the issue differently, replaced a failed capacitor, and my system has been operating normally for the past month. While I understand no repair comes with a lifetime guarantee, the fact remains that a relatively inexpensive repair restored my air conditioning after I had been told replacement was my only option. This experience left me feeling that replacement was being prioritized over accurately diagnosing and repairing the existing system. Whether intentional or not, it created the impression that I was being pressured into making an unnecessary five-figure purchase. Had I accepted your recommendation without seeking another opinion, I likely would have spent tens of thousands of dollars replacing a system that was still repairable.

Our recent yearly service debacle. The service manager still has not returned my call. They canceled my service and didn’t notify us. My wife took the day off after confirming the appt the day prior and when we finally got ahold of a real dispatch person (AI is their default coms with 24-48 hr return calls) we were told things come up and schedules must be shuffled. They rescheduled us 7 weeks out and they didn’t even bother to tell us they were not coming. Btw we spent 25k on our replacement heating and air unit, nearly 10k over competition quotes. This should be unacceptable to anyone’s standards. The terrible fact is the managers way of dealing with the situation is to ignore the complaint. I’m a business owner as well and I would not treat people like this. They have a buffer system set up so there is no way of escalating complaints past the service manager. Not exactly the professionalism you would expect at this price point.
The technician who serviced our system and made some wiring repairs was excellent - friendly and respectful of our home! The appointment process NEEDS HELP. My original service appointment was cancelled and I had to fight to get rescheduled for the next day for a non-functioning A/C. They were going to reschedule out about a week. The pricing was quite a bit more than expected (not the technicians fault) and, in my opinion based on knowing what was done, should be much more competitive.
My furnace was improperly installed the end of February, I still have never received the thermostat I tried for 4 months to get. You never registered my warranty, which I was just told by Kevin you were supposed to do, no one that was here at least half a dozen times, told me that I was supposed to register it within 60 days, Kevin came out and said all the things that would get fixed, which is great, but the warranty is not taken care of. He says he can fix it it's not a big deal. But if it's not that big of a deal then why did I tell him if it wasn't fixed this week that you're not coming to fix my furnace on Monday because I will probably have you take it out. The warranty people tell me the serial number on this furnace is attached to the warranty and there's no way it can be changed. So I don't think he can change it. I told him a different furnace with a different serial number has to be put in. They have to take the whole furnace out to repair what's behind it anyway, so they should just bring another furnace with a different serial number and a new bill of sale, and I can just call and register it within 60 days. But he will not return my text or phone calls to even fix the warranty. I was supposed to get $1,000 back because it took me 4 months to realize, that I was supposed to get that if you didn't come on the day you were supposed to come, which you did not. There are so many problems I cannot list in this message. Someone needs to contact me, when they come to my house Monday they are going to have to contact someone and not touch my furnace until this problem is resolved. I said I wanted it fixed before my appointment Monday but of course he is neglecting his job. I will probably just be contacting the better business bureau on Monday. And Connor should never install anything, they think he's coming back to my house on Monday and that's part of the problem, he is not going to try to fix what he messed up.
