Worth the read! So, If you are looking for exceptional quality, very fair pricing, excellent workmanship, superior customer service then consider this your sign to hire American Standard Roofing. 5 🌟 Star Award for the empathy shown towards me and my family. We hired a different roofing company last year and purchased all of the materials through them and had it delivered to my garage. Long story short, that did not end as planned, and I was left with a garage full of roofing materials and no one to do the installation. I saw ASR 5 homes down in my subdivision in Farmington Hills, and decided to go check out the crew. I called the number on the sign, and they sent a representative out within an hour (this was after 6:00 pm!) He was extremely kind, and ASR gave me an EXCELLENT Price to do the installation (only) and to finish the job that the other company no longer had the capacity to complete. When the crew arrived they were ALL SO AMAZING. My crew was led by 'Cash' and he gave me a level of peace in my mind that I never expected. He said that he treats every job like it's his own home, and that they would never do anything less than exceptional for the families they serve. The crew did a full tear off, replaced several sheets of plywood, and installed my new roof in less than 12 hours - the other company estimated a 3-4 day installation. He assured me that they were VERY good at what they did. My Salesman Zach was equally amazing and the Project Manager, Jessica, also made me feel seen, heard, and it was obvious that they ALL at ASR really appreciated my business. Now, I have an AMAZING installation, a 10-Year Labor Warranty, no more Mold in my Attic (which concerned me with a new born and other young kids). But most impressively is that I now have peace of mind and can rest assured knowing that my roof is ready for Michigans unpredictable weather and I am extremely - extremely - extremely THANKFUL and GRATEFUL to this company and the awesome staff. Do NOT waste your money on any other company. Hire them, and thank me later. OH YEAH, The clean-up was perfect. I will refer them to everyone I know, and will only use them for any future roof work. We were in desperate need of a new roof a couple months back & talked to many companies regarding our job , most were a flat NO on their gouging price & the decent price companies didn’t seem quite honest to us ~ Until…. I found AS roofing ! Matt makes you feel at ease even when you’re talking about a high dollar job that is extremely stressful ~ he answered all my questions thoroughly and always got back to me promptly with anything he wasn’t sure on , and most importantly… No high pressure tactics ! I felt we found our honest company and it turned out that we did . This entire company is run very well and is in contact with you from start to finish letting you know what to expect at all times , That in itself is valuable to me . I have a larger more complicated roof and the workers came early and left late ~ in fact , a chimney specialist was called in and the supervisor stayed well after dark to hold a light on the chimney for him to continue working . The dedication of everyone involved helped the job to run perfectly & we couldn’t be happier . My husband is a contractor & has been in business for over 30 years and he was also impressed with these guys & that isn't easy to find . We greatly appreciate the work that was put into our home & have referred them many time to other builders we work with as well as friends . I took a minute before reviewing until the roof lived through much spring rain and all is well ;-) Do not hesitate to give them a call when you need a roof ! They’re not kidding about being the best price either !
American Standard Roofing did a great job at a great price. They installed our Neighbor's roof across the street, and our Neighbor recommended them highly. We could see they did a fantastic job. Our Salesman Joe was very nice, and Paco and his crew did a good job on the installation. We are very happy, recommend them highly and would definitely hire them again.
This company is amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough! We had a small piece of siding that got ripped off our house from a storm. Of course the siding I have is discontinued. Marie and Jay went above and beyond trying to find this siding for us. I finally told them just to put a white piece up and that we would paint it. Jay couldn’t bring himself to do that because he said it will look awful! lol so he looked everywhere and found a company that was out of state and clearing their inventory and had some of our siding left. How awesome is that?!! This was a small job, out of their way and they did all of this for us! These are just good people! I will use them and recommend them from here on out!
