Stayed here a few weeks ago for the price was disappointed. Parking was a little pricey but understandable. The room was very nice and spacious with a great view but the ac in the room was not working. Breakfast was way overpriced at 50 bucks and there wasn’t clear signage that it wasn’t free. I assumed it wasn’t but also the waitress took a long time to greet us and I saw a couple of people go in a grab food then leave. Access around the hotel was also limited the back doors were not keycard accessible. I’ve stayed at Laquintas with way better free breakfast, cold working ac and better access, for the price this one was definitely not worth it.
We had a wonderful stay while passing thru. The hotel and property was beautiful and elegant. Service was great. Food was great. Location is by the lake with plenty of areas to walk around. This is a good place for a weekend getaway or if you are looking for quieter spot. Would definitely stay here again.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton in Rockwall at the Harbor. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. A special thank-you to Markus and his team for the incredible service. They helped tremendously throughout our stay and made everything feel effortless. The food was absolutely amazing as well, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Between the atmosphere, the location, and the outstanding service, this Hilton exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!
I did not stay over night. I was there for TTEC Convention, but only to attend one meeting that last only 3hrs. However, I had to interact with staff regarding the parking and they were very patient and helpful. I stayed over night last year for TTEC and fell asleep on the balcony due to cough medication. It was a beautiful view of the water and the sleep was great. I woke up in time for dinner, which I think the hotel catered, and it was great.
The hotel provided a wonderful experience, and we were truly enjoying our family time. However, there was one rather unpleasant incident that occurred when my wife, my son and I were on our way to breakfast As we were walking down the hallway towards the elevator, we observed a hotel employee, whom I presume to be a housekeeper, vaping as she entered to various rooms. She was tall, African-American woman carrying a duster a clipboard, and of course the vape pen. Initially, we didn't pay much attention to this, but as we drew closer, my wife politely requested that she refrain from vaping near us, as our son has Asthma. The employee responded by saying "mind your own business" and then walk away muttering something as she departed. This interaction left us quite upset. I had intended to report this incident to the front desk, but thé lobby was completely crowded, and there was a long line to the only girl at the moment. My wife then suggested that we simply let it go to avoid spoiling our day Nevertheless, I believe it is important for management to be aware of how some employees interact with guests. Aside from this particular incident, every other employee we encountered was exceptionally professional and kind. I would like to specifically commend Anna, the Starbucks barista, who was a great help during our stay.
