Such a beautiful and peaceful property...everywhere you go in the hotel, you have a great lake view. The pool area and restrooms are exceptionally clean. I had a great meal and several drinks at the splash bar and I feel that I received friendly and prompt service. I was able to go down to the lake shore and then return back through the hotel with ease using my room key. The parking lot is secure and easy to enter and exit. I definitely get the Tuscan beachy theme and the inside bar looked delightful although I did not partake. 10/10 will return again.
This was my first time getting a day pass using resort pass and I am glad I chose this location. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It sits right on the lake and you have a good view of everything. The pool was amazing. Since it was so hot outside, being in the pool felt so nice. It’s a big pool with plenty of space and lounge chairs. There is an outside bar that closes around 8pm and a bar inside that closes at 12am. The pool closes at 10pm. Overall, I would highly recommend. 10 ⭐️

Fourth of July Eve – Day One Review Day One had both highs and lows. The positives: the resort is beautiful, the balcony view overlooking the pool and Lake Ray Hubbard is stunning, and the sunset was absolutely worth sitting outside to enjoy. The food was excellent—the shrimp pasta, French onion soup, and wings were all bussin. The atmosphere has been great, and we’ve enjoyed spending time together as a family. Unfortunately, there were some frustrating issues. I completed digital check-in through the Hilton Honors app and selected a preferred room, only for it to be changed before our arrival without any explanation. One of the benefits of digital check-in is choosing your room, so that was disappointing. I was also disappointed that the hotel advertised a shuttle service, but upon arrival we were informed there was no shuttle available. We planned part of our stay around that advertised amenity, so it felt misleading and inconvenient. The beautiful views and great food have helped make up for some of the frustrations, but accurate advertising and honoring room selections are important. I’m hoping Day Two improves the overall experience and will update my review after checkout.
My wife and I did a little stay-cation this past week. Our check in was smooth and the front desk was very friendly. We noticed our room was a bit "Off" meaning looks like they missed a couple things when cleaning. However, a young man named Chris at the front desk was the ABSOLUTE best and made everything right. He even went out of his way to check on us throughout the day. This experience was truly appreciated and just made the stay that much better. Another young man named Danielle was very helpful as well. The only downside is the parking situation that charges you like $15 a day (which could be better) but all in all the location and amenities lived up to expectations and we definitely look forward to staying here again this year.
I rented a cabana for a day at the Hilton which is an absolutely beautiful and a stunning location. I paid a premium price because it was a holiday weekend. And it did not disappoint with the view. However the service leaves something to be desired. After waiting 35 minutes for a glass of wine I ordered I went to the bar to inquire and was told that the wine was locked at the hotel and the bartender had trouble finding the manager. So I jokingly said well maybe the manager needs to be around more on holidays. At which point the manager said well maybe you need to be more grateful that your bartender went to the hotel try and find your wine which we don't keep out by the pool bar.
