This is a family owned business. They solve problems and dont try to upset. They have a values statement and they live it. They could not isolate a problem we have, but explained how to proceed in order to help narrow down the prospects. I like them, I trust them, and recommend that you use them. I have been a homeowner for 40 years. I have dealt with good and bad. I know baloney and best prwctices. These folks are the good.

Josh made time on short notice to evaluate my hot water heater issue and talked through multiple options. We needed a replacement and he worked out the schedule to make sure we didn’t go without hot water over the weekend. Brandon arrived early and expertly completed the install, communicating his progress throughout. He made sure we had all pipes running clear and cleaned up before he left. Would recommend to anyone in need of fast, professional plumbing service!
Alex came out to do a water heater flush and annual inspection. He was right on time and, as always, courteous and professional. I recommend Prime Plumbing 100%. They have a great team!
I had a pipe that was leading from the house outside to the irrigation system leaking. Alex did a good job fixing it. The only issue was when he initially came to assess, he needed a part that he didn’t have with him. So I had to wait another two weeks before they could come back and fix it, as their appointments were filled up. Alex explained details of the work that he did, and answered any questions I had. Overall-A good company to work with.
