Hello again!!!loved my experience BEING BACK AT OAKTREE HEATH ,EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AN PROFESSIONAL, I LOVE DR.BOUGH SHE LISTENED TO ALL MY CONCERNS AN WAS VERY CONCERNED WITH MY HEATH ISSUES, I FEEL SAFE AN TRUST HER PROFESSIONALISM WITH MY ON GOING HEATH PROGRESS! ALSO I WANT TO GIVE A PERSONAL SHOUT OUT TO THE , COORDINATER EDEN I BELIEVE SHE MADE IT HER CONCERN TO CALL ME AN MAKE SURE MY INS NEEDS WERE MET, AN THAT MADE ME FEEL AT EASE KNOWING EDEN WAS THOUGHTFUL TO HELP ME WITH THE INSURANCE!!!! Worst experience ever! Oak Street is absolutely terrible about returning calls and getting medical information sent over to the other doctors! This is the 3rd time this has happened to my father and this time it has caused his surgery that he desperately needs to relieve his extreme pain to be postponed. It is ridiculous!!!!

I would NOT take a dog to Oak Street! You would do better just go to St. Vincent’s or Eskenazi Health even IU is better than this. If you don’t have someone to speak or advocate for you, you will be screwed. They will cut you off your pain meds without ANY NOTICE FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT ANY DISCUSSION leaving you in a world of misery because they can! HORRIBLE honestly they have to send you out for simple test because they have no real equipment to do test with. They literally have a whole referral system! Just go to a MAJOR hospital that way they have all equipment available nor will they stop your medication without reason causing you to go through withdrawals again for ANY reason! The professional I spoke with said that is what I’m experiencing because Jessica Birge did that to me. I’m checking out legally what I can do but physically smh I have gained 15+ pounds eating laying down. When I get up it’s so bad I just want to lay back down! I don’t know if It’s the RA, OA, fibromyalgia, plantar, or even the neuropathy. But I know it’s bursitis maybe it’s something else I don’t know smh but it’s getting cold outside making things worse.
jess birge is everything one wants in a pcp. attentive, responsive, great (and quick) communicator, and she has such a warm and comfortable personality. i love the personalized care i get without the giant corporate hospital feel. couldn’t be happier.
