Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, punctual, and extremely attentive to every detail. He took the time to explain the work being done, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed correctly and safely. The quality of his work was outstanding, and his customer service was even better. He was honest, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a high level of professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician and will definitely use his services again in the future. Thank you for the excellent work!
BEWARE! This is a shady operator. A tree took out my power line from the pole to my house, ripping the meter base mast away from my house and fried the meter base as well. AEP is on the way due to down lines but the meter base and mast were my responsibility. I was aware. Made a couple of calls mid afternoon on a Friday, Buckeye Electric answered their phone and said he could be here right away. Showed up assessed the problem, said he could do the repair and would email me a quote while we stood in my driveway. Great! Give me the breakdown when you send. Will do he says. Got the quote, just under $2000, no breakdown of labor and materials. I asked for breakdown having a good idea what the material cost was and he refused, got angry and walked off. A blessing. Was very rude to the AEP lineman as well. Be very careful using this company or just don’t.

Don’t be fooled. There is somewhat of a trend with reliability. Showed up, looked at the job (which wasn’t too difficult) hanging a light fixture. Dan said he had a crew who wasn’t far that could help with a ladder. He left to go help them finish their job. He said he’d be back in about an hour. He never returned. Did not respond to my texts.
These guys are great. Showed up when they said they would and work was excellent. Would absolutly use them again.
When proper customer service is increasingly hard to find, I have always relied on Buckeye Electric to come in and save the day. Dan is friendly and attentive and knows how to find and fix the problem. I highly recommend!
