Don’t be fooled. There is somewhat of a trend with reliability. Showed up, looked at the job (which wasn’t too difficult) hanging a light fixture. Dan said he had a crew who wasn’t far that could help with a ladder. He left to go help them finish their job. He said he’d be back in about an hour. He never returned. Did not respond to my texts.
Edit: The two other electricians I mentioned were the same company, I paid the diagnostic. They were not hired because when I had them back to perform the work, they doubled the price. So if not wanting to get taken advantage of makes me the problem, so be it. Unfortunately we don’t live in a world where every contractor is honest, we have to watch our backs. And I didn’t yell at anyone on the phone. We were having a very calm and rational conversation until I asked why we’re rescheduling (again) for the next week when you just texted minutes prior asking about the scope of work to determine which technician to send. That’s when you started interrupting and your voice started shaking. Thank you, if you can’t handle a simple question without losing your temper, then I’m more than happy being on that list. Offers free quote on web site, cancels the appointment twice, then has an angry man call me to reschedule for a 3rd appointment and try to change it to a $180 diagnostic I don’t need.

Buckeye Electric is great. I had an urgent situation on a weekend and the electrician was able to fix it immediately. They provide fantastic prompt service, great communication and top-notch expertise. Highly recommended.
We have used Buckeye Electric for two recent repairs to lighting on our property and they have been very responsive and professional. Their willingness to listen and provide economical solutions to our needs has been refreshing. Online portal and preferred method of communication via text both worked well. We would recommend them without hesitation.
Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again! The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)
