My experience with Erie Home was exceptional. Promises made,Promises kept. The Crew arrived as stated, and immediately went to work. Every member of the crew knew what to do . Tools laid out, ground protection laid out. Safety lines and equipment ready to go. We have a slate roof,117 years old. these guys flew into it . Then new decking installed, then new shingles.After Roof was completed, the Clean up was excellent!!! they made several passes around the house to be sure that no nails or roofing debris remained. During the Job, any questions we had were answered, leaving no doubt. The job was completed in eleven hours, from start to finish. In my opinion Erie Home deserves a ten star rating. From sales to actual start and finish,Erie Home was Professional!!! I highly recommend Erie Home to anyone who needs a roof replacement!!!
Perfect experience with Erie Home. Needed a new roof for our home and the the two gentlemen who came for estimate were professional and friendly. As a Retired Navy Engineer of 23 years in multiple trades and experience in the military, the professionalism that your staff and work crew exhibited to accomplish this job was top notch! I had ordered a barrel vaulted metal roof of a reddish tone and of a Spanish style. That has been one of our favorite themes in homes for many years with our family. Erie Roofing was Absolutely very thorough with their presentation, ordering, set up and staging of materials, process of work, cleanup and final walk through. Even after a major snow storm and bitter cold weather blanketed our area of Cincinnati, that didn’t slow them down in the execution of this job. Which has increased my homes durability to the elements substantially. Along with that is having the peace of mind that the chances of a fire goes way down with this type of roof, which my family went through in 2023. As for my recommendation for Erie Roofing as a roofing contractor, I would recommend you to experience the attention to detail and the quality of workmanship that’s outstanding! roof seems like a good product. Poort communication. Salesman told us the crew was internal and was on staff for more than 8 years. That was a lie they, sent a subcontractor to install. I asked to delay the roof because of poor weather. They denide the request and we ended up with a roof off in a deluge. Theyt did not replace flashing around chimney and then the roof leaked the firs tnight after it was installed. They eventually did come and relplace the flashing. Sub-contractor was supposed tp remount our anntenna, and never did.
