The dentist and hygienists are great but front office is horrible. My two kids had an appointment which was confirmed through text the day before. We came in and one of the office ladies rudely said our spots were filled because I did not respond to a text confirming appointment. I went back and did have texts to confirm appointment but also received a text the day before our appointment confirming the appointment. They said the phones were down to check if we were coming but yet they still had time to call others and fill our spots. I am sure they will reply that they have a cancellation policy about confirming an appointment after scheduled but don’t send a text confirming the appointment the day before if so. We will not be back to this office as not only was this frustrating but the office staff was beyond rude.
First day I walked in The staff was very kind friendly and professional. I had a Maryland bridge done and the doctor was perfect with the color the size and the fit 100% couldn't ask for a better dentist he was great. Thank you Merit dental.

I have been going to Dr. Derrick Silva at Merit Dental for three years now. The service there is outstanding! The receptionist, dental assistants and Dr. Silva, are very professional and treat you in a nice polite manner. There upmost importance is you and the care of your teeth. I am so glad he is my Dentist, and I recommend this Dental office to everyone!
As a person with a huge fear of the dentist I think this place is amazing. All the staff are so nice and caring to your needs. I had a lot of dental work to be done, and they took great care of me.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Silva and the entire team at Merit Dental. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Silva is not only a skilled and knowledgeable dentist, but he’s also incredibly patient and attentive. He takes the time to explain everything and always makes sure you’re comfortable with each step. Over the past years, he’s helped me with a variety of dental issues from repairing broken teeth to completing several fillings and he is currently doing my orthodontic treatment. The results have been fantastic, and I’m so happy with how everything has turned out. Dr. Silva also treats my TMJ with injections, which has been a total game changer for my jaw pain and headaches. His front desk staff, assistants and hygienists are also amazing and professional. You can tell the whole office works well together and truly cares about their patients. I feel so lucky to have found a dentist I can trust with all aspects of my oral health. If you’re looking for someone who’s experienced, compassionate, and really listens, I highly recommend Dr. Silva and the team at Merit Dental!
