Used All Roofs for a flat roof job on a mid-rise we manage. They were one of four bids we pulled and their proposal had real detail about the condition of the existing roof instead of recycled language you can tell came from a template. Price was in line with the others, not weirdly cheap, which usually tells you more than a low number does. Where they actually stood out was once the project got moving. The project manager checked in every day and caught something off with one of the drains early enough that it didn't turn into a bigger fix later. Tear off moved quickly and the crew clearly knew what they were doing, nobody was standing around waiting on the next step. Total time on site was just under two weeks, which lined up with what they put in writing. At the end we got warranty docs, the manufacturer registration handled on our behalf, and a written note on what maintenance to plan for over the next few years. Already looped them in on another property we're budgeting for next year.

the crew was very efficient and kept the site clean while they worked. all roofs used high quality materials for our flat roof and finished ahead of schedule. great work guys.
