We recently had a new roof and 6-inch gutters installed by MY Pittsburgh Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Gino was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process so we felt confident every step of the way. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the property clean throughout the project. The new roof looks absolutely amazing, and the 6-inch gutters were a huge upgrade! The new gutters work perfectly during heavy rain while giving the house a clean, updated look. The overall quality of workmanship was top-notch!! It’s hard to find companies that truly care about quality and customer service, but Gino and his team absolutely delivered. MY Pittsburgh Roofing was great to work with. This was my first time getting a new roof, so I wasn't really sure what I needed. James sat me down and talked through all the details of my roof replacement including pricing and his personal recommendations. I never got the impression that he was trying to upsell me. The quote I got was on par with others I got from different companies in the area, and there were no surprise charges after the fact. I went with MY Pittsburgh Roofing because of their upfront communication and transparency. The roof itself took longer than expected to complete, due to some additional work required and poor weather. But these crews worked first thing in the morning till it got dark, and from what I saw, they were very meticulous. After the roof was done, they made sure that any debris was cleaned up, including nails and sharp objects. My only complaint would be that my plants around my house got trampled, but I figured this would be the case and they'll grow back next year so I'm not too worried about it. Just something to keep in mind. My new roof and gutters look incredible and I'm very happy with the result. I would recommend MY Pittsburgh Roofing.

If anyone needs roofing or gutter help, we STRONGLY recommend MY Pittsburgh Roofing ! Our roof, including flashing and parapets, was a nightmare mishmash of work done on our 180-year-old house by lots of folks over the years. Now our roof is the best looking part of our house! Gino and team took care of permits and cars on the street, cleaned up after every day including any debris that fell on the neighbor's roof, did a LOT of custom flashing to cover parapets, added vents that the old roof never had, and immediately took care of every question we had BEFORE invoicing us a dime. They photographed and documented every step of the way, including any photos that we took of concerns or questions that we had, with aerial drone views. Our roof went from being a nightmare to us every time it rained to being a thing of beauty. Take a look! The video was taken before it was completely finished.
My Pittsburgh Roofing recently repaired and replaced all our roofs and gutters. The work included our house, an extension to the house, and the garage. From the first interactions with Gino and the My Pittsburgh Roofing staff, it was clear that they are all extremely knowledgeable about their business, thoughtful, honest, and careful. My expectation was that the project management and implementation would be high quality and professionally done. They exceeded those expectations. Everyone on the project did great work at their part of what was a substantial job. Every one of people doing the roof and gutters are very hard working. Communication was clear and timely. Cleanup was the best I've experienced. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work. I highly recommend talking to this company if you have roofing needs. They are really impressive.
We recently had a fantastic experience with MY Pittsburgh Roofing. From the start, James was thorough and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. It was a stark contrast to some other experiences we had while shopping around! Both our house and garage roofs sustained wind damage earlier this spring and needed full replacement. James came to the table with lots of experience working with insurance companies and walked us through what to expect with the process on both ends. When the insurance company needed clarification, James communicated with them directly to sort out some of the details. We were given a rough 6-8 week lead time from when we signed the contract to when we could expect the work to be completed, and it fell perfectly within that window! James gave us a call the week before to confirm timing and details beforehand. We were also provided a link to view and access all pictures from the project. The crew that came was very professional - fast, clean, and respectful of our property. They even covered my baby tomato plant so it wouldn't be crushed by the debris during teardown! I can't recommend MPR enough - they were transparent, detailed, and thorough, not to mention very helpful in discussions with the insurance company.
