If you need to see him then good luck. I was told he was “overbooking” himself just to see me but when I arrived at my appointment, they told me that wasn’t the case. My appointment was never switched and I was seen by a different provider. He didn’t even come and check-in. I’m glad I was able to see another provider cause she genuinely cares about her patients and she called me about my test results which he never did.
Dr. Mann is very smart and cares about my health. He does a good job keeping track of my health, orders appropriate lab tests, asks questions, etc. He is easy to talk to, and easy to get in to see. Explains things well, isn’t annoyed by all my questions, lol.
Dr. Mann is one of the best doctors in the city and beyond because he's caring, knowledgeable, he listens and always has time to listen to his patients questions and concerns.🙂
