Crust and cocktails is a very nice addition to the valley. With excellent pizza and drinks. The drinks are well balanced they are not overly sweet. The pizza is well baked it held it's shape well when a slice was picked up and had well chosen toppings. Whoever designed the menu put genuine thought into it. With them not being overly meat heavy and balanced between vegetables and spice and sweetness. The restaurant is fairly large so a wait is not likely. But you absolutely should go out and try this quaint and rustic looking bar. It is absolutely worth the trip.
I finally made it to this place after hearing many good things from friends! I got the truffles n wild mushroom pizza, ridiculously delicious. Tyson and Sydney also served me yummy beverages, while brightening the atmosphere for those of us sitting at the bar. What more could you want?! I’ll be back soon for more good food and great vibes :)

Hi everyone, if you are reading this review you are probably looking for a new restaurant or new pizza, I have great news, look no further, you have found a homerun. I went with my wife and another couple, we started with the charcuterie board. Which was good, not spectacular but definetly hit the spot, no complaints and had much more on it than I expected. The pizza was absolutely one of the best pizzas I have ever had, bar none. They had different choices of pizza sauces, different types of flavorings to dip crust in ( I got the the garlic butter aoili) and many different toppings. It was awesome we had 3 different types of pizza and everyone raved about the pizza. The cocktails were great to, I tried three different ones all 3 were unique to Crust and cocktails and all 3 were fantastic. I didn't meet the bartender but he makes a great drink. The service was perfect also. The waiter was busy but we never had to wait for service, I am unsure how he was able.to keep up but he did, we will definetly be back. We also got a dessert which was amazing as well, I am basing that on how happy it made my wife!!! I took a picture of the dessert sadly I forgot to take a picture of the pizza. I promise you will not be disappointed if you come here. I forgot to mention that 2 of the 3 cocktails had a small piece of dry ice in them, that extra touch made it more fun.
Wow, what a disappointment. Heard good things, had high hopes but everything was very subpar. We walked in and were informed that we couldn’t get a cocktail because the manager had to go get the bartender and bring her to work, so no cocktails until they arrived. Huh??? The service was beyond bad. Slow (30 minutes for a charcuterie board that we had to remind the waitress that we ordered.) surly, unconcerned waitresses who acted like they were doing US a favor by waiting on us. Charcuterie board was giant, thick slices of cheese that were not cut for noshing, and not the meat listed on the menu with like eight Club crackers (advertised as artisan crackers lol). Was told they couldn’t make the pizza I wanted because it was on cauliflower crust. Huh??? Our pizzas came out one at a time. Probably 25 minutes between the first and the last one at a table of five. My cauliflower crust pizza came out last and it was wheat crust. By the time it came to the table everyone else was done eating so I asked for it go, thinking we were leaving by the time it came out. They did NOT rush it and it was at least 20 minutes. Fast forward 20 more minutes and we still don’t have a check. Had to ask for my pizza to be comped and was told she’d have to ask the manager. Fifteen minutes later still no check, had to go ask for it at the bar. Manager visited the table and comped the pizza but had a million excuses. Got home and looked at my pizza and the frozen one I buy from Costco could blow this one away. Drinks were weak, regular pizzas were okay. Horrible experience that was NOT mitigated in any way by the young, obviously inexperienced staff. Go elsewhere.
We saw the pickle pizza online and had to make a trip to check it out. Delicious! But the service was the shining star of our night. We love sitting at the bar and engaging with the staff and Jaden and her team were the best!
