This was the perfect place for me to stay for a month. I had just accepted a job back in Chicago and needed a short-term place while I figured out where I wanted to move long term. The view was spectacular, and the apartment itself was very spacious with beautiful furniture and a great overall vibe. Even when I noticed the furnace fan making a squeaky noise in the middle of the night, they sent someone that morning and it was fixed quickly. Anytime I needed anything, the staff was kind, responsive, and always greeted me warmly as I came and went. The location is also incredibly convenient. There are four grocery stores nearby, including one in the building, and parking is attached to the building as well. I was even able to find street parking in front when bringing in bags or other items. It’s close to the Magnificent Mile and right by the Chicago stop on the Red Line. My cat was able to come and he enjoyed the views and ledges near the windows as well as the comfortable pillows provided. I had a wonderful experience staying here. It was the perfect place to be in the heart of the city while I figured out my long-term housing, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
I had a great time at the Kasa property, it was super useful as an apartment for my 1.5 week stay. There was a great view and the balcony was genuinely a game changer, allowing you to get some air whilst admiring the cityscape. I recently got into drawing and personally it was amazing skyline to appreciate. Plus the Kasa team were very clear about check-in / Check/out details, and perfectly attentive with any question I had. Highly recommend. Thanks Dom

Second time staying at this Chicago location. Great location downtown. Comfortable king bed. Separate living room seating area and kitchen, fully stocked. Open concept one very large room. Lots of closet space with everything g you need, including washer/Dryer. Cheaper than any hotel with this much space. I’ll definitely stay there again. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
Great experience with Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Ease of reservation, good communication leading up to and during the stay, and an overall great experience. Location was excellent and within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile and many restaurants, activities, and areas that were fun to see/visit. The apartment was as described and spacious enough to accommodate our family. Really appreciated the convenience of a washer/dryer in the unit, basic supplies provided, as well as the access to an exercise room and other amenities in the building. Elevators ran very efficiently. Purchased parking through a separate site in advance for the connecting parking garage, which was a great advantage too. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Chicago!
We had the best stay in the Kasa. The apartment is spacious, modern and very comfortable. The location was great - quieter but still close to downtown. The support and a luggage storage were extremely helpful. There were so many thoughtful things like a body lotion, laundry detergent, iron, salt and pepper, oil and a nice coffee. There is absolutely nothing we could complain about. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy this beautiful city.
