Dan and the team at Indy Rooftops were outstanding from start to finish. Dealing with the insurance side of the process was honestly one of the most challenging parts of the experience, but Dan was a bright spot throughout all of it. He was professional, responsive, patient, and always willing to answer questions or help explain next steps. His communication and flexibility made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The installation crew worked quickly and with precision. They did an excellent job protecting my property during the roof replacement and were thorough with cleanup afterward. It’s clear they take pride in their work and operate with a high level of professionalism. I’d highly recommend Indy Rooftops to anyone looking for a roofing company that communicates well, delivers quality work, and genuinely takes care of their customers. We were in need of replacing our aging roof and after careful research selected Indy Rooftops. Carl Smith visited us to put together the very detailed, transparent, and fair estimate. He remained n contact through out the entire process and stayed on site through the day of roof replacement. The crews paid attention to details, were respectful to property, and carefully cleaned up after the job. We had roof, gutters, and gutter guards installed and also are in process of replacing a rotting window. I highly recommend Carl and the Indy Rooftops team.

Dan Mackesey and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. Dan was extremely well versed regarding the insurance/adjuster process. Dan worked with us to be able to replace the entire roof, even though our insurance company only paid for half of the roof. On the day of the installation, Dan’s crew showed up bright and early to get started. The crew worked efficiently to complete our roof to our satisfaction by the end of the day. The crew took time to clean up the debris and make sure everything was just as it was when they arrived. They also moved porch furniture back into the porch. You could not tell they had been here. That evening, a young man came to take the trailer away that contained our old shingles. When I went out to say Hi to him, he was searching around the trailer to do a second check for nails. He also did a second scan of the yard, to make sure no debris remained. He said, in addition to hauling off the old shingles, it was his job to make sure no debris remained. I would highly recommend Indy Rooftops, if you need a roof.
Lexi was absolutely incredible. I always hate having to call anyone out to look at things worrying they will automatically say we need completely new. Lexi was the most honest person I have ever worked with. She showed me everything that was going on and actually talked to me and helped me understand instead of using roof jargon I would’ve never been able to understand. I would recommend her and this company to everyone..they have done many houses in our neighborhood and they all look fantastic. I’m looking forward to our work being done. Thank you Lexi!!
Carl and his crew including Mario did an exceptional job replacing all of our gutters. Very organized and professional. They did quality work at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend their team to anyone looking for gutters/roof.
