Kenny—the owner—I don’t even know where to begin. He is truly the kindest auto shop owner I’ve met since moving here. Every experience I’ve had has been nothing but the best. They respond quickly, and I always get my car back the same day I drop it off. If you’re like me and don’t know much about cars, this is absolutely the place to go—they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. Honestly, I don’t even worry about pricing. What matters most to me is trust, and this shop has earned mine completely. I’m so thankful for Kenny and his team for the care they’ve shown my car—and me.
Had the best experience with this shop! Kenny gave me a great deal and I got my car back super fast. Would definitely recommend!
Ken has kept all my vehicles tip top. From ford van to 2 Honda accords to a 1967 Cutlass. Great work.

I seriously had the best experience with A & A Auto today. I always feel like I get taken advantage of at mechanics. I go in for an oil change, and suddenly I’m told I need hundreds of dollars of extra work. It’s frustrating, especially when you don’t know a ton about cars. A few weeks ago, Costco replaced my tires and told me they had to break off a few lug nuts. They said it would be an easy fix anywhere. So I took my car to Pep Boys, and they tried to charge me $700 for new wheel bearings and hubs. That sounded off, so I called my brother (who knows a lot about cars), and he told me to absolutely not agree to that and to take it somewhere reputable. That’s when I found A & A. Their reviews mentioned honesty and fair pricing, so I decided to give them a try. I called at 7:15 in the morning, and they got me in right away. A few hours later, they told me my car did not need new bearings or hubs — all it needed was new lug nuts and a blinker light replacement. They fixed everything for a super reasonable price. What amazed me most is that they had the Pep Boys estimate in front of them. They easily could’ve told me I needed the $700 repair and I would’ve believed them. But instead, they were 100% honest. That kind of integrity is rare. If you’re someone who doesn’t know much about cars and worries about being ripped off, go here. These guys are the real deal. I’ll be an A & A customer for as long as I live in Chicago!
We discovered A & A several years ago upon asking around for an honest and reliable auto service shop in our area. We found it with Kenny and his team. They have been our go to guys since. He's saved us $ and given sage advice. Great people@
