Not the best experience! If you Affirm anything dont use this hotel, it ended up canceling because the hotel didn't confirm it. Then when we arrived at the hotel the lady at the desk was super nice the im assuming manager that came out was rude when we were trying to pay tap to pay and pay our stay in full and give them a separate card for incidentals... once that was cleared ip they put us in a room we dropped our bags off and headed out. Once we came back that night we pulled out the couch so the kids could sleep on the pull out bed. What we found was a mattress cover that was nasty! It had urine and blood stains on it! Called down to the desk the nice lady got us moved into another room. Got settled into the room opened up the pull out couch and even tho it was nothing like the first couch it was dirty as well had possibly make up or candy on it. Even tho it was inconvenient we made it work with all 3 kids in one bed because we were exhausted and not wanting to be any more of a "problem" than we had already been. All staff out side of the one "manager" we dealt with were great and friendly. Honestly think they need to deep clean all the rooms. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying at this hotel just based on cleanliness.
Front desk person was missing quite a bit. Had to wait for a while before they reappeared on several occasions. Couch/sleeper was broken and uncomfortable. Overall clean and breakfast was good. My car was hit and damaged in their parking lot (not their fault) and there are no cameras (defintiely their fault).

I hardly review but I stayed here for three weeks and was very disappointed with my experience. The front desk staff, especially Lisa, was extremely passive-aggressive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to find solutions on anything I asked, she seemed uninterested in assisting at all. The Wi-Fi is very poor, which made it difficult to work during my stay, and the response I received was basically to “deal with it.” The elevators are also slow and frequently out of service, so if you’re traveling with anyone who depends on them, be prepared to wait. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need reliable service or basic professionalism.
Rooms are cleaned every couple of days, with a refresh (deep clean) on Sat. Service is efficient, never had any problem that wasn't solve quickly, and the location is accessible. I always pick this hotel when I come to Houston. Really recommend it.
I don’t know why people rate this hotel low.. my family and I stayed for the weekend and got the King suite and it was more than enough! It was very clean, had hot water and everything worked in there. Very spacious and comfortable. We were even able to get a crib for my infant ( it’s a pack and play) which worked great. Front desk was super nice always. Grandparents even stopped by to cook out with us as they gave us permission to have them over just for dinner! Clean pool and nice amenities. Breakfast did run out quick, but other than that, great stay. Will book again. Thank you! - Christopher & Wendy
