Absolutely amazing! Me and the wife went for our 12 year anniversary and we were not disappointed! The room was clean and very well kept. The pool was by far our favorite part! With the changing pool lights and light show on the ceiling it was an incredible experience! We even had the ability to Bluetooth my phone for our own music over the loud speaker in the pool room. The whirlpool and 2 person shower were also phenomenal! I would definitely recommend any couple staying here at least once!
There are not enough words to describe this place. The staff was excellent, they even helped us get back in our room when we locked ourselves out after they told us the doors locked behind us so to make sure we had our key lol. The rooms were absolutely stunning. The placements of all the extras I got were so sweet and kind. The chocolate covered strawberries were amazing! The pool was absolutely the best thing ever! The grounds and the cute places to sit and relax were so cute and comfortable and romantic. I would highly recommend coming here and experiencing this place for yourself. We will definitely be returning.

When my husband told me how much he spent for 1 night I was so skeptical. The moment we walked in the customer service alone started to change my mind. Once we got into our suite I was already starting to think about when we could book again. The amenities, complimentary European breakfast, room service, heating up your food, and so many others made the stay worth it. The pool was amazing, the perfect temperature. The shower, was to die for. Unfortunately, the whirlpool wasn't as clean and had small brown particles at the bottom in the water so we didn't get to use it. I understand those things aren't easy to clean, so that was just a small hiccup in our experience. Overall the customer service and amenities alone won me over and we will definitely be booking at least once a year. Even check-out was a great experience and we had fun talking with Melissa, I think her name was. We had to leave extra early and she packed up our breakfast and coffee to go for us. This stay was absolutely amazing, Thank you BELAMERE!!! WE DEFINITELY RECONNCTED!!
I can’t recommend this place enough. I was very sad to leave. Full service whenever you call, friendly and welcoming staff, the room was perfection. The pool was warm and you can connect a Bluetooth speaker to your phone that plays at the pool. Of course we watched a movie out there and played our own music while we were swimming. Im bad with names but I think Brandi was who I had the most interaction with and she was wonderful, though all the staff were. I will be going back at the very first opportunity I have and every opportunity after that.
The experience we had here is beyond words. We both left feeling relaxed and as if we just went to the spa. We went on the best scavenger hunt around and it let to the most romantic little deck. I know that we will be back and just glowing reviews! Brandi I do believe her name was at the front desk was just the sweetest and so helpful! Thank you all staff for such a great time, it was what we needed.
