I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wu at One Medical Perimeter. She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff is professional and welcoming. Stefan made Scheduling so easy, and communication is seamless. I truly feel heard and confident in the care I receive, and I highly recommend Dr. Wu and her team to anyone looking for exceptional primary care.
Very misleading pricing. One Medical advertises a $49 video visit, but I was charged $624 for a 10-minute telehealth visit just to renew a Zepbound prescription. I explicitly said I did NOT want to use insurance. They ignored that and billed anyway. They coded it as a moderate/high complexity in-person visit, which is completely inaccurate. It was a simple video call. They refused to review or correct the coding and sent the bill to collections. This is not transparent pricing — it’s deceptive. If there were negative stars, I would give them five.

I don't have insurance... They don't offer a list for prices. I did a video appt lasted maybe 10 minutes. She told me I had an ear blocked and it needed to be cleaned out. She said she would put in order. I asked the cost, and was emailed $133. When you call in the pay on demand is separated. After transfer after transfer I was told the cleaning is $133 but you have to pay for Visit to see doctor between $175-$563.... On top of the Visit I already had. The Visit on demand aka Zoom was $271. I purchased a cleaning device for $20. If you don't have insurance don't waste your time.
Extremely efficient appointment experience got in and out within 30 minutes from my physical office was clean. Parking was easy overall 10 out of 10.
Reiterating another post that this location is NOT open on Saturday for bloodwork like advertised. I’m very frustrated because otherwise we get great care from Dr. Wu.
