Terrible service and a complete waste of time. These guys keep vehicles for two full days without any updates. Had I known that beforehand, I would have gone to one of the many better auto body and repair shops in Houston that are honest, straightforward, and reliable. These guys are not the ones to choose—trust me.
I came here for an emissions test and received the test after only 10 minutes! The waiting area was clean and I was able to relax there with complimentary beverages and the costumer service was excellent. Will be coming back for all future inspections!
I went here to have my car battery replaced, and they couldn’t even do it properly. They left one connection loose, which left me stranded in a random parking lot with no electricity at all in my car. I couldn’t even lock the doors or start the engine..all because they didn’t tighten everything correctly. This was careless and dangerous. I do not recommend this place.

Left my car with them and when I later picked it up, it had a horrible smell like dead rat/rodent. Searched the car and couldn't find it inside the car or trunk. There was a half empty conditioner left on the back as well?! Highly costly too to do a inspection and didn't want to reveal much when I didn't go with the repair and asked more details. In short, 'never going back' type of experience.
Had to bring my car in to get my shifter bushing replaced on my ford fusion! The shop was very quick to get my car looked at and emailed me an estimate in a timely manner! Was able to fix my car same day as well! Great customer service!! Would recommend to anyone and will return with any other mechanic needs!
