We had a situation where your service technician came out and fix a problem with the condensate exhaust. The problem was it rusted the sheet metal and the water stained the paint on the house where it ran down. He assessed the problem, came up with a solution, explained what he was doing, and completed the fix. He was kind, informative, professional and did an incredible job fixing the problem. He was amazing, the company is amazing and it was all done in a very short time! SunGlow is an amazing company with high standards and incredible employees! .it was handled under warranty. Jose did an excellent job installing my mini-split system. He was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. He arrived on time, communicated well throughout the process, and completed the installation efficiently while paying close attention to detail. The quality of his work was outstanding, and everything was left clean and organized when the job was finished. It was a pleasure working with someone so reliable and knowledgeable. Sun Glow went way above & beyond for us! When they discovered the old unit couldn’t be fixed they scheduled installation of a new unit & went back to the shop to bring me a floor model ac to get me by until the installation. We only had to wait about a week and now we have a brand new ac just in time! The service techs were great both times they were out. So polite & considerate. I’d recommend them to everyone! I’d give the 20 stars if I could!
