Overall great experience. Our roof really needed replaced, and we originally worked with Jack and he was super helpful in figuring out what exactly we needed and what our options were. Then Justin Miller took it from there and got the roof installed. Justin and the whole crew were amazing, very thorough and thoughtful! We're very happy with our new roof and very happy with the service, we would highly recommend Spartan.
From start to finish, Spartan Storm Shield, provided an excellent service and high quality work. Between first assessment in January to final installation in June, Elijah, Jack and Dan made sure we choose the right solutions for our roof, but still kept a competitive price. We shook hands on March, but the Spartan team waited patiently for three months for the right weather to install the roof. The mixed surfaces on our roof required more attention and slower work, but the end result is impressive. Anthony and his crew did a nice clean job, with a lot of attention to detail. And finally, Corey and his team did an excellent job on the gutter. Having a roof replacement is stressful, but we were in good hands with the Spartan team. Highly recommend.

We’re very happy we chose Spartan StormShield. From the beginning, Andy was excellent to work with. He was informative, communicative, and transparent with the numbers, which made the decision feel much easier and more comfortable. The whole process was clearly explained, from the quote to the contract to what we should expect on installation day. The installation was completed in one day, and everything went smoothly. We also feel very comfortable knowing that the work is backed by a lifetime “leak-through” warranty. We appreciated the professionalism, communication, and follow-through from the entire team, and would gladly recommend Spartan StormShield.
We worked with Andrew and Noel. Noel spent about an hour inspecting our roof from inside and out, and by far provided the most detailed assessment and quote of all contractors. The price was competitive and gave us a good range of options. The crew was amazing! They showed up early, were careful and protective of the property, and Andrew visited the site each day and addressed questions and issues (which were few and minor). The attention to detail in every eave, peak, ridge, flashing is evident. Our flat roof in particular took special attention and they were very thorough sealing and flashing and restoring some wood rot. All our neighbors are so complimentary on how good it looks. Maybe most amazing at all, there's not a *trace* of their presence after cleanup. No nails or scraps, our deck furniture was clean and back in place, and everything is nicer than before they came. I can't recommend this team strongly enough.
I was very impressed with Spartan. Their production manager Jes and sales associate Elijah came out and spent 2hrs evaluating the job and the best possible solutions. They went on the roof and in the attic and were very thorough. When the job started they were on-site to make sure the tradesmen knew the scope of the job. The tradesman, Robert, Marlon, and Chester were polite, professional and skilled. They invited me up to the roof to see the work and were happy to talk to me about their progress. Overall just great customer service by skilled people. I would definitely use them again.
