Top to bottom, an excellent experience. Second roof of the year by Spartan, 2 home runs. I had several companies come out for estimates but Jarod from Spartan was the only one to take the time and come up with the right solution for our home. The roof was complicated and had many areas I was concerned about being done correctly. Jarod had the knowledge to make sure we were using the correct materials to prevent ice dams and then backed up the work with a lifetime warranty. Once we signed with them, the communication by Kris and his team in the office was top notch. They set expectations well and then ended up scheduling me a few days early. Tony was our project manager on site, which I had never experienced before. He was there on the job making sure everything was going according to plan and getting my input if there a decision to be made. Again, great communication, attention to detail. I’ve worked in the construction industry for a long time and these guys are just doing it better than everyone else. The roof turned out beautiful
I’m thoroughly pleased with how Spartan Stormshield handled our damaged roof repair, storm damage claim and ultimately full roof replacement. Andy was extremely thorough and professional in walking us through the claim process, initiating the insurance claim and quoting the replacement. Andy and Joel were relentless in identifying leaks and making temporary repairs to prevent further interior damage while the claim was in process. The full roof installation and gutters were installed professionally and without problems. This was not an easy task with over 5800 sq. ft. of roof and 330 ft. of gutters. The crews handled by Tony and Jes were considerate of landscaping and housekeeping. Jes and Joey followed up on any concerns we had and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Robert, Pablo, and the rest of their crew did an amazing job on my total roof replacement. Most people show pictures of the finished roof. I wanted to show pictures that demonstrate the care taken to collect the debris generated by the job. I appreciated the attention given to the clean up process. Even the man that picked up the dumpster took time to run a magnet over the driveway after moving the dumpster out. Thanks too to Andy for answering all of my questions between the original sale and actual installation. Everything promised in the sales pitch was delivered.
We worked with Andrew and Noel. Noel spent about an hour inspecting our roof from inside and out, and by far provided the most detailed assessment and quote of all contractors. The price was competitive and gave us a good range of options. The crew was amazing! They showed up early, were careful and protective of the property, and Andrew visited the site each day and addressed questions and issues (which were few and minor). The attention to detail in every eave, peak, ridge, flashing is evident. Our flat roof in particular took special attention and they were very thorough sealing and flashing and restoring some wood rot. All our neighbors are so complimentary on how good it looks. Maybe most amazing at all, there's not a *trace* of their presence after cleanup. No nails or scraps, our deck furniture was clean and back in place, and everything is nicer than before they came. I can't recommend this team strongly enough.
Jake and Dan did a bang-up job of repairing my roof this afternoon after a dishonest roofer had pulled up 12 shingles trying to make it look like wind damage. Spartan Storm Shield came out quickly to inspect the roof on Monday and then did the repair on Friday. They gave me the senior discount and couldn't have been nicer.
