The hotel was truly impressive—spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous variety of flavors and options to choose from. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, which added so much to the overall experience. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the hot tub was wonderfully warm and refreshing. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, and I’d be delighted to return the next time I’m in the city.
Everything is fantastic. The rooms were clean and fresh,and the housekeeping was on top of the clean sheets and towels every day. I bought a plushie at the event and the housekeeping staff even arranged it on my bed after it was re-made with clean sheets. The breakfast was amazing, every day, especially the biscuits and gravy for me, the waffles for my brother. I'm very happy with my stay!

Candy was amazing! He went above and beyond by helping me print important documents and providing office supplies so I could complete paperwork for my new job. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful day much easier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Thank you, Candy, for making my stay such a positive experience!
The location very good, quiet and pleasant. Very clean room and facility. The staff was friendly. The only negative was the bed. I like a firm mattress. The one in my room was very soft (worn out?). Seems like BW would be better served to curate their rooms around mattress preference.
Excellent experience! Arrived at 1PM, and the front desk held my bags until I could check in at 2PM without an extra charge. They were kind enough to recommend a place to get a cold drink nearby. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Never heard other people around me, which was great. Breakfast buffet was above average-- eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle bar, yogurt bar, juices, and assorted breads/baked goods. Check out was easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
