My Mechanic Kirby is my most trusted vehicle maintenance shop! First of all, the staff is amazing. Ryan was not only honest about what my car needed, he was helpful, professional and polite making the experience easier for me. The two things I love about this shop is 1) They provide you updates and photos of your vehicle. It’s basically a car daycare, So there’s no funny business. 2) They have a service that drops you off and picks you up if you have to leave your vehicle Which is super convenient. Nick is a ray of sunshine who Made sure I made it to my destination safely. Lastly, everyone in the shop was inviting, knowledgeable and helpful which makes me feel comfortable about returning.

Update: My experience ultimately turned out to be a very positive one. I initially had concerns regarding a windshield washer hose issue that appeared after my service visit, along with some communication misunderstandings that left me frustrated. After sharing those concerns, the General Manager, Justin, personally reached out to me and took full accountability for the miscommunication. That level of ownership and professionalism made a significant impression on me. The dealership took another look at my vehicle, resolved the windshield washer issue, and performed an additional inspection to ensure everything was in good working order. Throughout the process, I had a very busy work schedule and was not always able to respond promptly, but the General Manager remained patient, responsive, and committed to helping me get everything resolved. What stood out most was the follow-through. Rather than dismissing my concerns, the team listened, communicated clearly, and worked to make things right. While my initial experience was not perfect, the way My Mechanic Kirby handled the situation afterward demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Customer service is often measured by how a company responds when something doesn't go as planned, and in this case, they exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism shown by the management team. 10/10 customer service. Old Review: I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful when arranging my rental car, and I appreciated the overall customer service throughout most of the process. However, I was disappointed by the handling of a couple of issues after my vehicle was serviced. My windshield washer hose became disconnected, and it was working properly before I brought the vehicle in. When I called about it, I was told there could be a charge of up to $60 to inspect or repair it, despite the fact that the issue appeared after the service visit. Keep in mind, they did a full service inspection and didn’t locate this issue. Because I did not want to waste anyone's time, I specifically asked to be called before my scheduled 9:00 AM Friday appointment if there was going to be a charge. As of 9:39 AM, I had still not received a call. The lack of communication made it difficult to know whether I should keep the appointment or what to expect when I arrived. I’ve decided to not go back. Additionally, when I returned the rental car, I mentioned that I needed to refill the fuel tank. The service advisor told me that customers typically are not charged for fuel in that situation, which led me to believe there would not be an additional fee. Unfortunately, I later received the final invoice from Enterprise and was charged for the fuel. While I understand that the dealership may not directly control Enterprise's billing, the information I was given was inaccurate and set the wrong expectation. Overall, the staff was courteous and professional, but the communication surrounding both the windshield washer issue and the rental car charges left me frustrated. Better follow-through and more accurate information would have made for a much better customer experience.
