My Mechanic Kirby

This was my first time going to My Mechanic @ Kirby, and it absolutely won’t be my last. They were recommended to me because of how responsive and informative they are, and that reputation is 100% earned. From the start, they were extremely transparent with their findings and took the time to explain everything in detail. I had previously received an estimate of nearly $900 from another shop to repair an issue with my EVAP system related to the fuel tank. The estimate I received from My Mechanic @ Kirby was less than half of that, with a clear explanation of what actually needed to be repaired and why. Once I approved the work, the repairs were completed quickly and exactly as discussed—no surprises. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional or informative experience. Macon was my point of contact and did an outstanding job walking me through the repairs, but I get the sense that all of their service writers operate at the same high standard. Ms. Jomo here! Love these guys!!! I’ve been taking my now twenty year old car here since 2007!!! They are consistently honest and high integrity with me about repairs and costs which are always fair because all of their mechanics are master mechanics. I’ve never had to return for a follow-up because of a mistake. Their work is guaranteed. I feel like they care about me as a single woman and want me to be safe in my car. They explain everything thoroughly. They are community minded in their service. I love them all. There was an ownership change and their values remained the same. Ladies take your car here! You will be in excellent caring high integrity hands. Trust me. I’ve purchased tires and batteries from them too! They’ve kept my car operating at peak performance and I’m grateful I found them.
