Our vintage air conditioner stopped working just as the weather warmed up. Roots came out and gave us very competitive estimate to replace both the furnace (also vintage) and AC. Their crew came out four business days later and started at a 8am and were finished by 2pm. The American Standard system is working beautifully and we’re very happy with our experience with Sean and his team at Roots.
I interviewed several companies about getting my 37 year old AC replaced. Roots was the best by far: Sean (co-owner) took the time to explain all options thoroughly installation was timely; Mario (head of crew) was very knowledgeable about the entire installation; the crew was clean and tidy. At the last minute, they even managed to replace a badly damaged furnace at the same install. They are very competitively priced. I highly recommend them and would give more stars if I could.

From point of first contact to the minute the install crew drove off, everything about this company was prompt, responsive, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient! I’m so glad we decided to call them for a second opinion when another company wanted over $50k to replace our entire HVAC system!! Kelley and Sean are easy to work with to get quotes and for scheduling. The install crew worked so well together and were very respectful of our home as they came and went. They had the old system out and the new one installed in only 5 hours, not a moment too soon during this Colorado heat wave. I am extremely pleased with my brand new furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Roots HVAC! Kelly was especially helpful explaining all options, and the installation with Mario and Jacob went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Beyond impressed with the systems installed and the professionals who did the work here. From estimate to completion, I’m extremely happy.
