I hired the team to clear my bathtub and sink drains, which ended up requiring two drain snakes. Isaiah and his nephew, who is in high school and currently in training, were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient throughout the service. Because my home’s plumbing is quite old, Isaiah also took the time to explain their consultation services and submitted photos to help me get started on planning future updates. I’m more than satisfied with the experience and will definitely use this company again. I also appreciate their commitment to mentoring the next generation and giving back to the community. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before using Bryant and Sons Plumbing. I called them for a standard exterior water spigot replacement and immediately ran into billing issues. They overcharged me for the initial visit, tacking on an unagreed-upon $54 "diagnostic fee" on top of the $132.50 consultation fee. I had to explicitly request a refund for the overcharge, which they eventually processed. When the actual estimate arrived, it was outrageous. They quoted me almost $1,000 to replace a single spigot. I asked for an itemized breakdown and found extreme markups: they wanted $154 for a basic Everbilt spigot that costs $40 at Home Depot, plus $950 for 1-2 hours of labor. Even after complaining and them offering an "owner's special discount," the price was completely detached from reality for the Detroit market. I chose not to move forward. Save your time and money, and find a plumber with transparent, honest pricing.
I had my sewer cleaned in February 2026 and I have not had a problem since they did an excellent Job !!!! … today I noticed some how my clean out cap came off and I called Bryant and sons pluming again to come out and take a look the service was excellent they were at my house in record time and in five minutes my problem was fixed….. Thank so much for your service!! When you need a great plumber call Bryant sons pluming they will put you back together fast!!
