I am really thrilled with this choice for my new doctors. I've been going here for two years and it's gotten better. The location is perfect- I can park right in front. Inside lobby is expansive and feels good- very open and people sit apart so you have a nice experience and the check in staff? Outstanding. My doctor is Dr. Wattlington and I can't speak highly enough of him. He's a great doctor and has a wonderful "bedside manner" he makes me feel very comfortable and I can tell he cares. He's also very fun and funny- which I love. He takes the time to listen and he is not pretentious. Best doctor I have ever had~ the staff is fun and caring. I can't speak highly enough about this office- I hope they stay around for a very long time. I couldn't be happier. Steve
I have only ever had amazing experiences with everyone at this Swedish Care location. Shaina Hakala is brilliant, thorough and caring, and all of admin and nursing staff are kind, caring and incredibly helpful. It's also great having the lab option on-site. Cannot recommend more!

Excellent experience. Just got back from a trip and was feeling sick. Called the office and they said they would get me in that day and just to wear a mask to protect everyone. Dr Watlington answers all my questions and got me feeling better
I have really appreciated the care I've received from Shaina Hakala, ARNP. When other medical providers didn't listen to my concerns over a swollen knee nearly five years ago, Shaina recognized that something was wrong, sent me in for testing, and saved my life after discovering a pulmonary embolism. And over the last year and a half, when other providers have been unwilling to look at potential issues related to ongoing fatigue, Shaina sent me in for more testing and has found other conditions contributing to my fatigue. She has validated my experiences in a way that few of my medical providers have, and she has continued to help me find answers that I've been struggling to find over the last five years.
Dr. Watlington 's care has been done if that best I've received in Seattle. When most healthcare providers are visibly struggling for multiple reasons with providing person centered care Dr. W has been consistently caring and kind. My whole family sees him due to how helpful he has been.
