Joe B. Sullivan & Sons Plumbing Co., Inc. is truly the best plumbing company in Nashville. Bill, who answers the phone, is a miracle worker. He listened carefully to our needs, arranged for a plumber to assess the problem, and had detailed photographs taken of the older plumbing parts that needed to be replaced. We were working against time because these repairs had to be completed before we could close on the sale of our home. We had contacted other companies, but no one was able to provide a workable solution. Fortunately, Bill has extensive knowledge of older plumbing systems and hard-to-find replacement parts. He researched the issue, located the necessary parts, ordered them as promised, and arranged for everything to be properly installed. Bill found a solution that no other plumbing company could provide. His knowledge, persistence, communication, and commitment to helping us were exceptional. We highly recommend Joe B. Sullivan & Sons Plumbing Co. to anyone looking for an experienced, dependable, and honest plumbing company. Joe B. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had a mysterious plumbing emergency that our first plumber was not able to figure out. These guys identified the problem immediately and we were able to get it sorted in no time. I really appreciated the level of customer service I received and I will be happy to call them again if the need should arise!

Had an issue after the Company that Lowe's contracted to install a new water heater messed up and left us with no hot water. Joe B. Sullivan and Sons sent someone out quickly and fixed the issue. Quick service and extremely friendly, I'll recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber in the future.
Either the owner or an employee consistently parks the company truck in the handicapped spots at the apartment complex they live in. There is no tag, plate, or sign on the truck indicating they are allowed to park there. It’s very inconvenient and rude toward the residents who need those spots. I would not do business with someone who disregards common decency like this.
Called this company because the warranty company for my water heater recommended them. They were nice in the beginning but once they found our I was about 45 miles away guy told me he had to check with owner about what the charge would be and he would call me back. NEVER did call back with that price. If it was too far just be businesslike and tell me. Do not recommend
