I hired this company to clean my outdoor AC condenser unit. After the initial service, I noticed that a significant amount of debris and buildup remained inside the unit. To their credit, they responded promptly and sent a technician back for a follow-up visit. Unfortunately, even after the second service, there was still visible debris and organic buildup left inside the unit. I also brought this issue to their attention, and I was told that a more thorough cleaning would cost an additional $390, which was not disclosed upfront. While the exterior and fan assembly appeared cleaner, the overall cleaning did not meet my expectations for a professional condenser cleaning. I appreciate the company’s responsiveness and willingness to return, but I was disappointed that the issue was not fully resolved after a second visit. Based on my experience, the quality of the cleaning did not match what was promised.
Better Air NW and Cory are ALWAYS great to work with. This is the second time in as many years we have had Cory perform annual service to our HVAC unit. He's knowledgable, prompt, courteous, and our dog Petey loves him too. :) I lalso appreciate the very thorough communication from Better Air NW each step of the way. 3 years ago, they replaced our entire HVAC unit and we trust them completely.

I’m so happy and thankful Better Air NW heating and cooling was able to come over to my new place on Camano Island to have our ducting and furnace cleaned. We just had a huge remodel and our contractor used our furnace while drywall was happening. Causing Sheetrock dust to enter our whole system. Jason, did an amazing job. Everything is so clean and perfect. Cost was very reasonable and I would recommend and use them again
David C. was on-time, professional and courteous. He explained exactly where he would be in the house and worked seamlessly around myself and my children. He also put up with our barky dog and followed instructions about how to help keep her calmer. He appeared clean, wore shoe covers and asked before using our restroom. I appreciate that his work was done efficiently and exactly as expected. He even helped advise us on what service was worth our money vs. not based on our home and needs, avoiding unnecessary costs. I highly recommend David and Better Air NW.
They did such a thorough job cleaning ducts and performing an antibacterial treatment with so much respect for my home!
