I had a fantastic experience with this duct cleaning team from start to finish. Juan and Jeremy were extremely professional, kind, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why it mattered, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand — which I really appreciated. The actual cleaning itself was top notch. My ducts were in awful condition, and they made a huge difference. You could tell they were being thorough and not rushing the job. They even took and emailed before and after photos. They wore shoe covers the entire time they were inside and were very careful with their equipment around walls and furniture. You can tell they take pride in their work. After the job was done, they didn’t just pack up and leave — they vacuumed the areas they worked in and made sure everything was clean before heading out. Overall, they did a high-quality job and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Juan and Jeremy to anyone needing duct cleaning.

I recently bought a home built in the 70s, which had a past end-of-life furnace and which sensibly didn't have cooling, though I wanted it as its become increasingly important over the years. I pitched a project via Yelp to install cooling and replace the furnace to all of the most highly rated companies in the area. All of them recommended a heat pump as opposed to traditional AC. Better Air NW's proposal was not only the least expensive by a fair margin, but also offered the highest quality machines and best warranties. Normally, I'd be pretty skeptical at that combination, but all of the positive reviews on Yelp convinced me to accept their offer. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. All in all, great experience, these folks deserve their lofty reputation.
We had trouble with our furnace and Tony E. came out to repair it. Tony showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. He fixed and cleaned the furnace very quickly. He also answered any questions I had. Better Air NW were upfront with the pricing before starting work and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend them!
