Had to have the car towed there overnight. They got to work on it the next day. Was impressed with that. Great communication and concern for doing the right thing for the car. Very good at diagnosing issues. The services required for an older vehicle exceeded the value so chose not to have them perform the services required. They were nice about it.
Took my car (2017 Chevy Cruze) in for an air intake performance issue. I had taken it to another mechanic first and they told me it was a tsb update issue and that they couldn't fix it because they don't really mess with electrical issues. Evans found something else wrong with it (the real problem) and was able to fix it as well as locate and fix a couple of other issues. It seemed a bit on the pricer side but I believe was worth it. They were very professional and everyone i interacted with was surprisingly friendly. They sent me pictures and videos of what they found with a description of what was wrong. They sent me an evaluation through both email and text and waited til I authorized it before doing any work. One thing that wasn't on that list was the front right speaker not working but somehow they had fixed that too. Idk if that was intentional or not but appreciated either way. They had also given me a loaner car to use while my car was being worked on. They called the loaner car a 'clanker' (Honda sonata, don't know the year but was definitive older) but it was one of the better cars I've ever driven. They offered me a 'better car' if I didn't want to drive the older one but I'm not a picky person so I took the older option. This loaner car was surprisingly really good to drive. I'm going to miss that loaner car but I'm very thrilled to have my car back and have it driving perfectly.

I had an amazing experience at Evan’s auto care! Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful while navigating my issues. Everything seemed reasonably priced and my car was ready fairly quickly.
Had a really great experience with Evan's Auto Care! Took my Escalade in for service and they made sure it was well taken care of. Big thanks to Jon, Vicky and the team — they even hooked me up with a loaner car while mine was being worked on, which was super helpful. They went above and beyond to get me the best deal and kept me in the loop the whole time. I also love that their mechanics are ASE certified, and the 3-year/36,000-mile nationwide warranty on repairs is a nice bonus (hopefully I won’t need it!). Their membership plans come with extra discounts too, which could definitely come in handy. Highly recommend checking them out!
I feel great about your team. I was told that I needed new wheels, and your team said that the wheels were fine! I appreciate honesty. This will keep me coming to your shop forever! John is the best and I enjoy working with him. He is courteous and pleasant, and he cares about the health of my care.
